Ontario Concrete Finishing

Recently had our driveway-walkway done in stamped concrete. We could not be more pleased with the results and were very impressed with the professionalism of Frank and his staff. Their commitment to detail and attention to our thoughts throughout the process was second to none and really shows in their work. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work!

It’s been about three weeks since frank and his team finished the front porch steps and driveway border and everyone who walks by stops and complements on how great it looks.

They went out of their way to formulate and ameliorate our concept with their experienced insight to give more than we hoped for. We received quotes from 3 different companies and normally one would be inclined to go with the cheapest but in this case, I just had a gut feeling that Frank was going to deliver quality work and not leave until we were 100% satisfied. When his team began demolition and removal of the existing concrete they discovered multiple layers had to be removed and therefore that portion of the job exceeded Frank's estimate. This was unforeseeable yet Frank stuck to his original quote and did not increase the price. The final result is a beautiful curved patio with contrasting stairs. Frank's advice in color choice was spot on and we were so happy we went with his recommendation of color and stamping pattern. We were not at home for the final 2 days of finishing and were so pleasantly surprised upon our return to find a perfect job and an extra added bonus of sod laid where the grass had been damaged by the excavation equipment even though that was not part of our contract. You might pay a little more by choosing this company but you will find in the long run that he is worth every penny. We are thrilled and can't wait to start decorating with new patio furniture. Frank and his team did an amazing job on our pool deck and patio, as well as the stairs from our sliding door out onto the patio. It is truly stunning - even nicer than we had hoped it would be.

Because of the problems we had with the pool company, Frank ended up having to come out more times than he should have had to, but he didn't seem to mind. When the pool company installed the pool incorrectly (8 inches too high), Frank was very honest about the effect it would have on the cost of the patio, and encouraged us to make the pool company fix the mistake, rather than pay the extra money to work around it.

After our experience with the pool company, working with Frank and his team was like a breath of fresh air - a total breeze. Everyone was nice and very professional, and I never once worried that something might not be done right. The job was completed flawlessly. Frank even found and fixed other mistakes made by the pool company, like the post holes for the ladder being spaced incorrectly. Very thorough.

Overall, a great experience and a fantastic job!

We had our front porch and steps done almost four years ago, and Was completely satisfied in how the job turned out, and proud to show off my new entry to all the neighbours!
Last week, Frank was in the area and stopped by for the second time since the job was done to inspect how everything was holding up and again offer helpful advice (and a discount) on what we need to do to maintain the steps and porch through the seasons to keep it looking it's best.
Really appreciate someone who doesn't just get the job done, but cares about his work after the fact...well I never had any problems thru the experience I know if I did Frank would be there to listen!
