Bob came by to provide a quote. He showed up early, answered all questions, and provided advice on how to tackle the basement job as well as other possible future jobs. He pre-registered us for eco-rebates with enbridge (we had not asked him to do this), and he was available for follow up questions when they came up.

The crew that came by to perform the work was fantastic. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and very friendly.

They answered all my questions and provided all the details in the removal and replacement with new materials. They cleaned up all product materials at the end of the project.
