Brad and his employees are very professional and experience. When they installed my carpet the installers noticed that the product is defective so they called the manufacturer and got them involved. After the manufacturer approved the claim, the bad carpet was removed and the new one installed at no problems and cost to us. For sure I will use them again in the future.

Had new hardwood and carpet installed in entire house. Installation was a nightmare, ran out of product, caused a minro flood when the fridge water line was damaged, forgot to put in the ducts, poor baseboard installation after install of hardwood, looks very shabby, many holes left unfilled. Carpet has flaws and stair carpet installation is very shoddy. Hardwood actually has one piece that has broken and cracked

Owner pleasant enough but seems unwilling to come and actually see the issues and provide repairs in a timely fashion.

Now awaiting a reply from the carpet manufacturer as to replacement

This install was started 5 months ago and I am still not happy with the job that was done.

It's not that they made a mistake, anybody can have that happen, it's how they have failed to address the issues that is the concern

50 year old bungalow with original oak hardwood.
Installed matching product in kitchen with feathering into dining room as well as down back stairs to finished basement. Refinished entire floor with light walnut stain. It's heaven!

Dealt with Brad, Tony, Gary and Winston. All of them were pleasant and easy to deal with. Was pleased with the work but had some questions after completion. Brad came over and listened to and addressed my concerns. They really did a great job on our old, badly stained hardwood and blended it with a new floor in our kitchen. Thanks lakeview

All aspects of having Lakeview Floors supply and install hardwood were great. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with, they met all timelines, and the installer was excellent - we're extremely happy with the results.

Great job and very good service. All the three boss Brad, Jordan and Ryan are knowledgeable and friendly. I like the feather patching. It make my new floor merge with the old floor very well. After the re-paint, you can't tell where the joint.
