We had Purewater come out and "clean" our pool. What a mistake. They did nothing but throw in 10 scoops of our own chlorine. Said they were there for an hour, didn't vacuum, back wash, skim, add extra chemicals to bring the water up to normal balance etc.
Needless to say, don't waste your money - go with another company!

Recently purchased a 6 person Artesian Spa for our cottage. The purchase, installation and delivery experience was positive. The in-store water testing and start-up instructions were also very useful. My only minor grip is related to the not-so-great Balboa WIFI setup but not something within Purewater's control.

We purchased a pool table and had a great experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and worked with us to get a price we were both happy with which included full set up and delivery outside the city. Communication with the delivery department went smoothly and they were able to deliver the table to coordinate with another home delivery. The set up went great. The set up crew were timely, professional and worked with us to set the table in the most useable location. The table came with no damage and the quality was as expected. The table looks amazing and is the centrepiece of our rec room. We would definitely do business with them again.

Looking to replace an old Jacuzzi that was installed in our home when we bought it. Shopped around and found a great experience with Purewater. Seth was very helpful as we delt with him mostly via email. He answered all our questions and we got a great price. The install was unique since it was in our home and was tricky getting around corners. It took a lot of brian power but the installers were paitent and explained each step. Very satisfied with our purchase and have been enjoying it ever since!
