Park's Furniture

i purchased a couple items from the hamilton store. yes they have reason able prices. However there service is horrible. i placed my order on sept.8. still havent got an ETA I e-mail our sales rep no response. I have called the store 17 times today no one picks up. They have my money but i dont have my furniture. How do i get an answer? I say stay away...everyone at this store look miserable.

Very pleased with the service I received . there was no sales pressure what so ever. My delivery was on time as promised and I am just thrilled with my new furniture. Will be back for sure !!

I recently purchased an order and am trying to keep an eye on its status but when i type invoice number into the field on your site it comes up 'sorry invoice number not in our system'?!?

I sure hope its been placed

How long does it take before i can see its status?

I was there last week this is the second time i will be ordering from them. They have spiders and rats crawling all over the place i saw them in the corner. I am very disappointed because the furnitures came with termites i have reported them to the federal health and safety authorities because all their furnitures came with termites i am very disgusted and disappointed at how rude the customer service was. I have videos and pictures of these ants and insects crawling all over the place yet they were extremely rude . Have fun with this law suit coming your way.

Parks furniture is the best store to go especially if you’re on budget and the staff is very friendly, the prices cannot be beat I was going to buy at the Ashley furniture home store but when I saw the price it kind of took me back but when I heard of parks furniture from a friend he said that parks is really good store to go to I was a little skeptic at first but when I went in I started looking around then sales came up to me and asked if I needed help I gave her a list of products that I wanted and found out they carried all of it and was cheaper then ashley furniture homestore by a few hundred dollars. Long story short if you need to find furniture at an affordable price I would highly recommend parks furniture.
