lock work

We had lock surgeon over last week, they were quick!!! Arrived in about 3 hours and changed are locks. I noticed in there flyer that they also repair garage doors. I asked Josh "the man at our house" to look at our garage door but he explained that it would have to be a different group of guys that come out who are trained in garage doors. I phoned and they had JJ and Danny at my house in a hour. They looked over my door, tightened things up and let me know everything looked good. Fast service and really nice technicians.
Thank you Josh, JJ and Danny for your help.

Could not open store doors

What happen was we had this bar lock inside the store too, and one of the screw came lose and we couldnt open the door at all even though we had the key. We had to call a lock smith to somehow open it for us. Took about 45 minutes I suppose and he was able to work around it. We got in counted the floats and had 5 mins left we open! thanks!

lock repair

I have a serious concern about "The Lock Surgeon". During the summer of 2010 we contacted them to fix a lock upright freezer. We chose them partly because they were a Consumers Choice winner. They assessed the lock and they ordered the part.

Months past and we had to call them dozens of times. Finally, when they came to fix the problem, they drilled into the door causing an immediate gas link. The employee told us it was Freon gas. We immediately washed the floor and aired out the house.

The action they took damaged the freezer and made it unusable. We then had to buy another freezer to prevent the food in the damage freezer from thawing.

Locker Surgeon disavows any blame for the damage the've done.
I've checked with the better business bureau and they have 3 other unresolved claims.

Break-in Repairs

We were victims of a serious break-in (deadbolt kicked in, shattering the doorframe, bending the door, etc.) on a long weekend, and the Lock Surgeons were the only company able to help secure our door until more definitive repairs could be made. They gave practical advice appropriate to our home (not overselling unnecessary products), and installed new locks in a clean and courteous fashion. We are grateful fot their help in our time of need.
Th only reason I could not give a 10 rating was the installer was in training, and scratched one of our doors and handles during the installation, which we noticed after the job was completed and paid for (minor).
