Superior Air Duct Cleaning

When I purchased my home about 2 months ago I was told by my home inspector that the ducts needed to be cleaned badly. Apparently when the previous owners renovated portions of the home they didn't take any care in protecting the ducts which ended up filling up with pieces of wood, saw dust, drywall, etc.
I contacted Superior Air Duct Cleaning after they responded to my service request on this website. They provided me with their pricing and I decided to move forward. The two person team arrived on time and got straight to work, they put down mats to protect my floors and stairs. The entire job took just over an hour, the guys seemed very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. Once done they vacuumed around all of the vents to clean up anything that may have been blown out. They did a great job overall however my only concern is that they did leave the furnace room and laundry room (the two rooms are attached) a bit dirty. The top of my hot water heater and floors in both the furnace room and laundry room where covered in tiny pieces of debris from inside the ducts.
The quoted price was what I paid, there weren't any hidden costs or fees once the work started.

My first call ever to Superior was in 2009 when I owned my first home. The staff on the phone was very helpful when I had no idea what I really needed done. The technician (Helder) was so pleasant to deal with, he was very knowledgeable and taught me so much about caring for my furnace and the air in my home. I never realized how important it was especially since I had a new born. After this day I had book an appointment for my parents and again the same level of expertise and attention to detail.
Last year I purchased a new home and after a full renovation I knew exactly who I had to call to come and inspect my furnace and perform the duct cleaning. The best part was that the same company 7 years later was still in business and still offered the same level of service. Now again this year after another renovation project I called Superior and it was Helder again! I was so happy to see him after so long and again he was able to explain exactly how I need to care for the furnace in my new home. Thank you to Helder for all your knowledge and the entire team at Superior for making this a wonderful client experience and I will be sure to pass along the great word about this company.

Hi, I saw this company doing a job at a house near me and so I went up to the door and asked how they did. The lady told me that she was very happy with them and so I decided to call and give them a try.
Long and short of it is this, the guy called and told me he was on his way, arrived when he was suppose to. Nuno came in and set up immediately, then explained everything he was going to do, and went right to it.
He also advised me to crate my cats so they wouldn't panic. (smart move)
I couldn't have had a more polite, courteous young man, he did a very thorough job, then cleaned up and left. He also showed me a filter that I should have been changing but had no idea.
I would hire these guys back in a heartbeat. Yes, they cost more than the fly by night "so called duct cleaners" that call and harass us, but in my opinion, in MOST cases... you get what you pay for. I was Leary to contact any duct cleaning company, but after speaking to the other person, I felt confident that they would do a good job, and I was NOT disappointed.

Luke and Nuno were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They also offered some great advice and information regarding my humidifier and furnace configuration. They were very thorough with respect to the services performed and explained the entire process.

It seems like there are a lot of people in the duct cleaning business but clearly Superior is a cut above the rest, highly recommended!

We've had other duct cleaning over the years and, they don't compare to this service. Nuno was very professional and called me ahead of time to give me a rough estimate of when he will be coming. He came on time and got right to it with a great attitude! He was explaining everything as he got prepared. He put mats down everywhere on the stairs for walking and, plastic corner protectors so the hose doesn't chip the paint (talk about detail!)
He had me accompany him everywhere to lay down the magnets on all the registers and then off he went to finish the job. He cleaned up everything at the end. Main thing there was no hidden charges either (I tend to worry about those)
Definitely would recommend this company!

Been a customer For 14 years now best service ever given the on site specialist are highly educated and do not just care about doing the job and leaving they actually like to communicate with you and explain to you the process. Also every single worker with the company are the best people you could ever meet it's always surprising how nice they are to you the customer. I had the crew from Superior Air Duct Cleaning clean my ducts after a large renovation. The team arrived on time as scheduled. They were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. They did a fantastic job and even showed my pictures of the before and after. I highly recommend this company.

We had our ducts cleaned today by Superior Air duct cleaning and are totally satisfied with the work. The specialists Jeff and Eric who came over were very professional. They took the time to explain to me how the whole process worked and even walk through after the work is completed as to what exactly they did along with showing us some pics of before and after. I am totally satisfied and highly recommend this company.
