I am delighted with the service that I received from Toronto Rug Cleaning. I had two rugs cleaned; one of which was in bad shape after a two year battle with a vindictively incontinent dog. They were returned to me as good as new! Ben took pains to lay both rugs back out. He is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the care and provenance of fine carpets and was always conscientious and gracious.

Very quick, efficient service. Called and they pick up my rug same day. It was extremely dirty from 2 young children and a 8 year old lab. Needed a fair amount of work but they were still able to get it back to me under 10 days.

Great wealth of knowledge. Genuine love of his craft. Has cleaned and repaired a few vintage carpets and has been amazing to deal with. Ben saved us by dying a damaged Moroccan rug ...its perfect for our little boys room now.

Little did we know that we would meet a master of knowledge in Persian rugs simply by booking a cleaning for our living room rug.
Ben not only delivered great knowledge on all of our area rugs but most importantly assured us that our rug would be brought back to life after our sweet dog had been sick on our rug. It was indeed returned within a week as promised and beautifully restored.

He is very knowledgeable about the business - he immediately identified the details of our three rugs as well as knowing exactly when and where they were made and purchased. He kept his appointments and was right on time, and our cleaned rugs have never looked better. We also purchased a new underpad, and Ben took the time to explain the reasons for providing the best one for the rug on our type of floor. Ben is the person to call if you need cleaning or restoration of Persian rugs. He is extremely knowledgeable about these carpets and about how to keep them looking their best. His company did an outstanding job of cleaning one of my large Persian rugs and restoring another. The rug in the before-and-after photos is over 100 years old, and was very worn and faded. Ben's staff completed an excellent restoration, re-dyeing the faded areas by hand, and repairing the torn fringes. I highly recommend Ben and Toronto Rug Cleaning.
