In May, we along with five neighbours signed with Doing It All to have fencing installed. On May 26, they came by to dig the holes and install the fence posts. I called mid-June and DIA noted that they were waiting on the supplier for the fencing and that it should be about a week. They did not return until the first week of July to install the actual fencing. The install was done in a day for a half of the houses. I was not impressed seeing a staff member being lazy and tossing a fence component over the newly installed fence into the neighbouring yard and flattening the shrubbery. While the actual work was done 4/5, the lack of customer service and follow-up with the customer is disheartening. Unfortunately this contractor was found by one of the neighbours who apparently didn't do their homework on the contractor. Hopefully, it's not one of the last two homes who are still waiting for their fences to be installed. With the other negative reviews on this site, it's not surprising that DIA isn't claiming this page as their business and working to improve on customer service. If customer service is important to you, then go with another contractor who wants your business and will work for it. DIA is quick to take the deposit and quick to collect on payment, but otherwise not quick to do the work or contact you to address delays or concerns.
