Ajax Roofing & Repairs

After the storm of May 4th I called Ajax Roofing who had replaced my roof about 5 years ago. While the shingles were not covered by the manufacturer due to wind speeds, Ajax Roofing came by quickly and did the repair. I was still waiting on my insurance company to send their contractor so I can cancel now. Ajax Roofing were also the fastest to reply to my initial email request for service. Top marks for customer service and professionalism.

With the wind storm that occured in the GTA on the afternoon of May 4, unfortunately I lost some shingles off the west side of my roof.
New shingles were installed by Ajax Roofing in May of 2013. Based upon the work that they completed for me 5 years ago, I didn't hesitate to to call Travis. As a matter of fact, it was my only call.

Within days, Travis had Bradley out to the house for the repair. At only a bundle and a half, it wasn't a very big job, but Bradley was able to make my roof look just like it did 5 years ago. And it was covered under warranty! Best part is that you can't even tell there was an issue at all. LOOKS GREAT!!

Once again, I will be letting anyone that asks me for a recommendation for a roofing company to call Ajax Roofing. Travis definitely stands behind his work.

Just have to say this company stands behind their work. With the recent wind storm May 5th, 2018 I had sections of my roof shingles come up. Ajax roofing had installed our roof in 2011 and called them to do the repair. Expecting a logjam of requests due this wind storm Travis responded quickly and had his team out within 2 days. I am sure I wasn't his first call that day. They fixed it up without question and said N/C we'll cover it under warranty.

A friend recommended Ajax Roofing so I expected them to do a good job installing new shingles on my roof. What really impressed me was the level of courtesy and professionalism from start to finish. A friendly person returned my call, a written quote was provided, colour samples were dropped off and all my questions were answered in a sincere and knowledgeable manner. The team that Travis sent were exceptional. They placed tarp around the perimeter of our home and they worked with speed and precision. Hearing and watching the roofers work left me impressed - these were very skilled and experienced professionals. Installation took one day. Travis phoned that evening to explain when the debris bin would be removed and that he would like to inspect the area personally (for nails) before we parked where the bin had been. This company was a pleasure to deal with (and, really, how often can you say that?!)

We requested 3 quotes for a new roof & 2 Velux skylights. Both the roof & skylights were leaking in spots and are 20 years old. Ajax Roofing was the only company that could do the skylights and the roof at the same time. The quote was almost $1,200 cheaper than one of the companies as they were unable to install the skylights and we would've had to have another company install them at a much higher price. Travis provided samples of the shingles and was always available to answer our questions. The roof was done like clock work just as Travis advised. The shingles arrived a few days before the install and all the work was completed in one day. We are extremely happy with our new roof and skylights and would highly recommend Ajax Roofing.

I called Travis for a roof repair in January and unfortunately I needed him to come back in late summer. Travis advised me not to put anymore money into repairs as the roof was 20 + years old. We agreed to have a new roof and he deducted the cost of the two repairs and came back the next day and tarped the portion of the roof that was causing a problem. Just completed the new roof and I could not be happier. His crew was professional and made sure all debris was removed. Would definitely recommend Travis and his crew to anyone. Thank you Travis!

It was time for a new roof and we were very reluctant to choose a roofing company as we have heard all sorts of nightmare stories about substandard work and huge price tags. Companies that close down and reopen year after year to avoid having to warranty bad work. Ajax roofing was highly recommended by some of the pickiest people I know. That was enough for me, so we trusted Travis with our roof and I’m happy to report his was a good news story. Excellent service-awesome work. Professional and personal service! This was the most painless reno I have ever done. Jobsite was set up and completely clean in 2 days. Like magic!

Ajax Roofing is a very professional company. They came highly recommended to me and I would absolutely do the same. Once the job was finished they cleaned everything up and even came back the next day to do a walk around and a final sweep of my driveway where the disposal bin had been sitting.
