Alex was a joy to work with from initial quote through to finished project. The workmanship is great. The customer service, in terms of scheduling the project and how best to approach different aspects of the job while on site, were great. I would definitely use Toronto Fence again.

My girlfriend and I moved into our first home together in August. The backyard was poorly maintained by the previous owner and had a horrendous shed that took up a ¼ of the yard. Two sides had chain link and the other side had a poorly constructed homemade wooden fence. We chose Alex and his company based on their top Home Stars reviews and they did not disappoint! Alex and his father Mario were a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. They arrived every day at 8:30am and work was completed on time (4 days) and at his original quote. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a well-made wooden fence that will last decades. We are actually bringing them back again to build us a deck in the backyard!

Alex and Mario were a pleasure to work with. they did a great job and they enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. made thoughtful and correct suggestions with regard to how to best deal with the fence due to the fact it was going along the driveway which sloped toward the road. we could not be more pleased and would not hesitate to call them again.

Alex was great at interacting with us even when he had to push back the building date a week due to the major storm. He was punctual and performed with professionalism. The plan of the fence was changed a few times and he was very easy to work with in these changes. All fence types are the same price giving us a larger number of styles for us to pick from. He dealt with our neighbor with professionalism when she showed an attitude. Our fence is absolutely beautiful and would recommend him to all!

Alex responded in a timely manner to give us an estimate to have a fence and gate installed at our new home. He and his father did a beautiful job and were very easy to work with. They even came back early to finish the job for us before the long weekend!

We're very pleased with the quality of the craftsmanship that he and his father Mario did—they adjusted to the oddities of our property line, the slope and built a beautiful, strong fence that we are confident will last a long time. And with such a large fence, it actually made our big backyard seem bigger, not smaller! Alex also upgraded the gate that he had originally quoted us on, with no rise on the price. They also worked around our large garden with respect for the plants, taking care not to damage anything. When we asked them to cut branches from a tree that would have rubbed on the fence they did it in very professional way, and then were kind enough to haul away the branches afterward. Great guys, great job.

Alex was very prompt getting back to us when we contacted him for a quote, and he walked us through several important questions that other contractors hadn't even considered.

He gave us a very competitive quote, and we asked him to do the work. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and the two worked extremely hard over three days to build our lovely new fence just as we had asked for it. They cleaned up after every day, and when the job was done, the fence was the only sign they had been here - everything else was spotless.

We love our new fence, and it's made our backyard into the quiet peaceful space we we hoping for. Alex was great and we're extremely pleased that we had his company do the work. We'd recommend him to anyone considering similar work without hesitation.

Alex is a stand-up guy, and goes above and beyond to ensure you're satisfied with the work. We recently hired Toronto Fence to design and build both a fence and a railing for our existing decks. They completed the job VERY quickly, and on budget. Further, due to some awkward spacing issues with our house, they came back and made some minor changes at no additional charge.
