I am sorry that our personal conflict caused you to revise you positive review, Robert. Although I am glad that your review is great in regards to the services you actually received from Weed-A-Way as that is the purpose of this review site, I regret that an unrelated issue caused you to leave a negative response regarding our business, and change the score we received.
I sorry you have a bad experience with us, I can assure you our goal is the opposite with our customers. We have been in the lawn care industry for 40 years and we try our best to satisfy all of our customers needs. I would like respond to these concerns: we never know how long an aeration will take but a average size lawn it would take about 15 to 25 minutes, and we offer aeration with a 500 gram bag of seed. We also offer an aeration with over seeding, and we spread the seed only with that option. We would never charge a customer's card without their permission, it would be illegal. Grubs are a very large problem, and if we recommend a treatment it is up to the customer to take our advice or decline it.
As for soil testing, we only soil test if a lawn doesn't respond to our services right off the bat. We do not top dress lawns as it is very labour intensive, we do sell the product but do not spread it, nor do we advertise that we do. I am sorry that your bag of soil was not delivered to the spot on your property that you had specified. We work very hard to satisfy our customers' needs, so the person who delivered your soil likely thought they were making things more convenient for you, considering that someone in your home told them to place it elsewhere. Our staff would not purposely place the bag in a location that in inconvenient for you, and would have placed it on the 'X' had your babysitter not told them otherwise. I am sorry that you were unhappy with the service you received, and appreciate your feedback.
