Great moving experience! From booking our move to being flexible with our moving date, the team were approachable, friendly and efficient. Taking care of our belongings, safely wrapping and packing up things as part of the process, we were extremely happy with the service provided by TouchWood Movers.

I was promised 2 trips to storage if necessary when I signed the contract. Driver refused to do 2 trips. Overpacked the truck and damaged cargo. Left items behind for me to handle because the truck was full. When I asked for 2nd trip, driver threw a metal bedframe against the wall in a rage after he bent and broke the frame to make it fit. Three guys moved 1 box at a time. Total time for small house move was over 9hrs. Refused to work in the rain. Had to wait for the rain to stop. Team spent more time on their phones than actually working. Every time I checked in on the progress, one of them was sitting down doing nothing. Made me wait 45min in a parking lot while they ate lunch in a restaurant. Driver told me that the owners will promise anything to get the deal, but will inevitably charge more at the end of the contract. DO NOT HIRE!

On time and speedy. Very friendly. Will use again if needed in the future.

The movers arrived on time at 9:00am. They were polite and very accommodating. The move took 4 hours, and the two movers kept working tirelessly. They did not stop working during this time. The only break they had was when they had to drive from the old apartment to the new one, and only took the offered bottled water after the move was finished. I would absolutely recommend them.

Great service nd communication. Very efficient and move was done as planned in a reasonable time frame. Will definitely use their service again.

Nothing short of perfection.
A lot of things went wrong leading up to the move, I had to keep rearranging the itinerary with Danish, but they knocked it out of the park.
