Starting from working with the company to get quote on my replacement windows, placing orders, follow up during the Windows coming in and installation. Excellent service, support and good quality of installation works.

We replaced our old French doors and kitchen door, with a sliding patio door and kitchen door. The overall experience from the initial consultation and sales to the installation and clean-up, was positive. The company was able to meet the demands of a non-standard size door for the kitchen, as well, retain the older door frame molding at the installation. And, with many firms seemingly hiking prices during COVID, pricing was competitive and fair. This was our second experience with The Window & Door Specialist, as we have used them in the past to replace our windows, and we would highly recommend them

10/10 would recommend! We wanted to have a front porch installed, shopped around, and lot of places just asked us for photos and either quoted an unreasonable price or flat out gave no reply. WDS on the other hand, had Rob drive out all to way to meet us, listened to our request, explained the entire manufacturing and installation process, designed and drew out the plan on the spot. There was no pressure to sign any contract and he was happy just to explain how WDS and the industry works.

We gave it some thought and signed a contract a couple of days later, and they got the work started right away. During these covid times, a lot of metal work have slowed down. Rob and the good people at WDS kept us updated from time to time, assuring us that the project was progressing and they weren't just sitting around.

The installation only took a day, professional installer Juvenal and his partner (which I regretfully didn't take his name) worked really hard to get it done. They really know their stuff. After they were done, Juvenal's partner gave us a tutorial to make sure we know how to work the locks and windows. Juvenal also came back a couple of days later after a thunderstorm to make sure everything is ok. This is customer service at its finest. You don't get that with other contractors. Really amazing work!

Our new front door and porch enclosure look amazing . The design and workmanship are excellent. Ali and the team also installed new rollers and a screen on our patio sliding doors and a few window glass inserts . We are very pleased once again with the finished products from The Window and Door Specialist team.

The Product: beautiful doors. They look great and have a very good Quality.

The Installers: were so professional, punctual, and knew what they were doing. My front and side doors were not regular size, due to the building being 70 years old. But the installers did a magnificent job, almost like a painting and fit the doors nearly in place.

You wont be disappointed.

Window and door specialist did all the windows in my house around 2 weeks ago. My salesperson, Ali, was amazing. He knew what he was talking about and he offered us his experience and what he thought was applicable and looked good for our house. After looking at his ideas we totally agreed with him. The installation experience was also amazing. Simon was the installer and he did an amazingly clean and precise job with installing the windows. Overall, I don’t think I could’ve had a better experience. I totally recommend them.
