Sure Loc Interlocking - Out of Business

Overall the patio looks excellent & I am very pleased with it. However, workers chipped my gate (in which they tried to fix by sanding it) and destroyed my grass. In order to fix the grass they have put done some "special dirt & grass seed mixture", fingers crossed that my lawn will be green again, but i'm not holding my breath. Customer service could have been improved if they had called or left a message advising when they would be out to complete the project so that i could have payment ready instead rushing around. Clean up was done half-hearted and i ended up cleaning up cigarette butts, pop cans & water bottles, chipped pieces of sharp stones and metal pieces, before I could let my children and dog play in the backyard.
The work was completed quickly however i can not say the same about clean up.

We recently got the services of Sure-Loc to do our walkway and porch and also to re-sod our front lawn. We are happy with look of the walkway, front porch and the tree ring. The workers completed their work and did a good job cleaning up. However, while doing the excavation our driveway was damaged and the re-sod job was left incomplete. We reported these issues to the customer service website as directed by the person who collected the payment for the job. We also contacted the sales representative multiple times and the issues have yet to be resolved.The customer service has not yet responded and the sales representative has not taken the initiative to resolve the issues. It has been nearly a month since the job was supposedly completed.

I was very pleased with Giovanni Osorio and his crew. The job was well done. They were professional, prompt and very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend them (and I am a very particular person).

Sur-loc did an excellent job on our driving pad/ front steps!any little problem or detail you didn't like they fixed right away !! Great job done by them, would recommend them!

after discussing the workmanship they agreed to come and give me one last service call thank you sureloc for all you help in this matter they do good work and would recommend them to others. The service call has been completed by a very hard working young man by the name of Caleb who has make an excellent repair to me veranda I thank you very much SureLoc for the great work and for sending such a professional to do the work.

We had Sure-Loc doing our backyard, we were really glad with the overall sale, we worked with Paul, gave us great advice, the stone we chose ended up being a lot prettier than what we thought; but the finishing guys, Giovanni and crew were the best of best; super hard workers, nice and extremely creative, we are more than happy with this job; thank you Sure Loc; thank you Giovanni

We have had Sure-Loc do our complete backyard (plus pool coping) and entire front yard. They are very fast, efficient and on-time. They really do have this down to a science.
