Last fall my roof was missing a few shingles and needed repair. It was also time to update the old roof and gutters. Spiros's company helped me in the fall and scheduled their work for the spring. Spiros company gave me a price last fall and booked him for this spring. He honored his price although the prices went up. The work is done in a very professional manner and I am very satisfied.

The work was done well and in a timely manor. The crew arrived before 8am and they left no mess after work was done.

The flat roof was done in a commercial style, which included a layer of insulating foam and a layer of cement board, with 2 layers of top membrane.

Sprios also added membrane and flashing around the chimney and toilet stack, which was done at no extra cost. He was very informative and supplied us with photos of the work.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the work.

After discovering a major leak after a recent hail storm and knowing we would have to replace our 19 year old shingles, we contacted Spiros on the advice of a family member. Spiros came to our home and provided us with his recommendations and options to consider. There was no pressure and we discussed the pros vs cons, and he came prepared with samples to show us.
Spiros and his crew showed up first thing at 7 am as promised, and all work was completed by the end of the day. Their workmanship reflects the pride taken in their work. They also ensured that all debris from the removal of the shingles was cleaned up thoroughly. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend!
