I called on a Tuesday to have my garage door replaced as it was litterally falling apart. The company was kind enough to have this door ordered and replaced in a matter of days. I would highly recommed this company as they are very professional and they try to accomadate the customers needs thus providing excellent customer service. My garage door looks great!

I woke up one morning to find my spring and cable broken. my next door neighbour advised me of this company royal overhead doors in concord. they came to fix the doors in a rush. did a great job I called them they Came within an hour. the gentleman was very nice did the job and left. I was very happy with their services. I do recommend this company. Thank you royal.

June 2012 i ordered two new steel doors i called a few companies for quotes and royal overhead doors gave me the best price. The doors were delivered and installed within 2 week and they work and look great.

I recently had the garage doors installed. At the time of installation I pointed to the installer that the North doors was noisy or shifting when about one feet from the bottom. He never corrected the problem. When I called the company the lady warned if it's your operator we will charge you for the service call, although the job was not completed and still incomplete up until now.

The owner came to our house to give us the free estimate, very negotiable, showed us plenty of styles of garage doors. We really needed to replace because our wooden garage was rotting. It came down to a very good deal for an aluminum insulated garage door for $800 (installation included). It took two weeks for them to get the almond colour garage door we wanted. When it was time for installation, the crafts man did the work very efficiently. I'm very satisfied with the new garage door.

Purchased a garage door May 2012. Called and in three days new door was installed, I was very happy with the first call out to the company and to the service person installing the door. I would highly recommend Royal Overhead Doors to everyone.

I purchased a new garage door from Royal Overhead Doors LTD. in August 2010. Everything looked good at the time. In the spring of this year we started to notice few small patches of discoloration. We thought nothing much of it. After few weeks, the patches got bigger. We immediately called our sales person at Royal Overhead Doors, He told us to try some touch-up paint. We tried it but it didn’t take. We called back and told the salesperson, he assured us that he would drop by and take a look. Weeks passed and he still didn’t show up. We called a few more times, and each time he told us he would come over. It’s been three months now and he has yet to show up. Few weeks ago, he told us straight out that there is nothing he would do; we have to contact the manufacture directly. The manufacture is in the US somewhere.

It has been nothing but headache. Nobody at Royal Overhead Doors wants to take responsibility or make an effort to resolve this. I would never go to these people again or recommend them to anybody. They don’t even have an email address to contact them, and I am getting nowhere on the telephone.

When the spring on one of my 24 year old garage doors broke, I figured it was time to replace both doors instead of just having the spring repaired (and then having to replace the doors in a couple of years).

I obtained quotes from 4 suppliers and Royal's was 25% less than all the rest. Also, their product seemed to be a bit better than the competition (Wayne Dalton rather than Cloplay) and Brad, who provided the quote, told me that my old openers were still working so it really wasn't necessary to replace them now. i.e. he didn't try to upsell me unnecessarily.

The young "kids" (20 somethings) who did the installation really knew what they were doing. They were especially well organized (probably have done hundreds of installations), were efficient and really hustled so they finished the job done in a little more than an hour. They also cleaned up the site (although, I did find one loose screw on the ground that could have caused a problem if run over by a tire).

Finally the guy came today to install the aluminum capping around the frame. I must say that the finished product looks magnificent.

So far (knock on wood), my experience Royal Overhead Doors has been PERFECT and I would strongly recommend them to others who are in need of a garage door supplier.

I couldn't paint the house with three crooked garage door panels due to the installation of the opener to one side. Royal came in at a much lower price than the local Oakville companies. They were referred to me by my neighbour. They fixed the opener and installed the new door all for less than any other estimate for the door alone. I am very happy and it will help keep the bedroom above a little warmer.

This was the easiest deal we ever made. We needed to change our wooden garage door for months. It had cracks and winter was coming. A friend referred us to Royal Overhead, it was the best referral ever. They were right on time, took out the old door, installed the new one, they even reinstalled the garge opener no charge.
