Nestor amd his team painted the exterior of our house and repaired rotting wood around the windows, where needed. All the painting and repairs were done professionally and on a timely basis. Each day Nestor took the time to review what he had done the previous day and what his plans were for the current day. When repairs were needed, he took the time to explain the problem and how he was going to fix it. Each day the team cleaned up any mess that was created. I have had exterior painting done several times during the 18 years that we have owned this house, and so far, this has been our best experience.

We used Premium Painting & Decor because of its high ratings and the fact that Nestor was used to working on old houses! He sanded down our old porch railings, painted them and stained our porch floor. Then he removed two crumbling plaster ceilings upstairs (one covered in ceiling tiles), put in new drywall, patched all the walls, and then painted our entire house interior. I knew from the moment I met Nestor that he would do a great job. He did extra things without charging us, like staining the baseboards in the dining room and putting new crown moulding in our living room. He is a meticulous, careful worker and completed all the work in the time frame he promised. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any painting work.

Nestor and his crew started and completed this project precisely when they said they would. We needed the third floor exterior to be painted. It was extremely difficult to reach but somehow they were able to complete the job with excellent results. The area was left clean and tidy every night. Great job. I will recommend Nestor and his crew to my friends.

I hired Nestor to fix (patching and painting) a hole in the living room ceiling at my Mother's house in Riverdale. He did a great job and now the ceiling looks perfect again. Nestor and his team treated my Mother (she's 85) with respect and kindness and were very professional. I would highly recommend him .

Nestor and his crew have done an excellent job in painting our house. He is very friendly , courteous and very honest. I moved into a 100 year old house which had a shabby, outdated paint job. I had Nester come in to do painting on walls, ceilings and trim in the living room, dining room and ground and second floor hallway. I also had him hang wallpaper on 2 feature walls in the living/dining room and install crown mouldings in those rooms.
I am an interior designer and I can be very picky about details. I found the quality of Nester's work exceptional and he's very pleasant to work with. He communicated well with me throughout, kept the work area clean, and was happy to do any little extra bits that came up.
When I moved in, the walls and trim in the house were in bad shape. Nester filled gaps in the baseboards and fixed holes in the wall. The final effect is very polished and fresh looking. I will definitely use Nester again and I certainly recommend him to others!

Kept to estimate, clean, used great care with all work, excellent prep and painting work including sanding all wood on front door and garage. Did extra small repairs with no additional charge. Extremely courteous; complete integrity.

The workmanship is superior but more importantly Nestor is one of the nicest tradespeople I have ever had the pleasure to deal with (and I've dealt with a lot over my 25 years of home and cottage ownership). He is extremely honest and professional and always offering to go the extra mile to make sure we were pleased with the finished result. He helped fine tune colour selections and adjusting as needed till it was right!
