This store is the worst. We ordered a unit from them and were promised delivery by the end of Sept. In NOVEMBER, we were still waiting. Fed up, we complained to the owner, who defended her staff and was arrogant, rude and even hung up the phone on us twice! She then cancelled our order, refunded our money without us requesting that and told us she was selling our unit to someone else! Clearly she lacks judgement and business sense as well as the ability to deal with problems. We got our piece in the end from another store! This store probably won't be around for long! They don't have customers as their top priority and the owner has no idea how to deal with issues. They'll end up learning the hard way!

I purchased two custom leather chairs from this store a couple of years ago and when they were delivered after 8 weeks the leg on one chair didn't fit properly making the chair lopsided. When I complained to the store they washed themselves completely of the incident and left it up to me to deal with the manufacturer directly which proved to be an effort in futility. They told me my floors were uneven (untrue). I ended up repairing it myself. When the buttons on the tufting started to pop I again returned to the store to complain and ask if they could simply recommend someone to repair it (at my cost). They couldn't even be bothered to phone back with a referral. Each time I was treated as if I was the problem. I will NEVER shop at this store again or recommend anyone shop there ... the selection is not so specific that you couldn't find it elsewhere ... and that's exactly where I intend to shop ... elsewhere!

I had a custom made couch from this company and the service and quality and delivery was exceptional. I never had to worry or doubt that I was in good hands.

This furniture store has a great selection of very nice furniture. The salespeople are very helpful, and it's always a pleasure to go back for new items.

Great service, pricing. No pressure sales and excellent staff with helpful advice. Condo sized furniture (scaled down). Clean lines, but still warm and inviting.

I have purchased several pieces of furniture within the last couple of years.The staff are always helpful and very informative about their products. The furniture we've received were on time which is excellent since most other places are usually late.
