NewRidge Refinishing Group Inc.

Based on great reviews, I asked for a quote from New Ridge Refinishing Group (NRRG) to refinish the main floor of my 1930’s bungalow. Previous owners had not looked after the floors well and had let them become worn, chipped, and scratched. Whatever finish there had been at one point was long gone! I wasn’t sure if the floors could be refinished, or if they would have to be replaced. Matt came and gave me a reasonable quote and assured me that my floors could be refinished and that they would look great, almost new. Once I agreed to the work, from that point on it was a great experience. We were given all the necessary details (I.e. what to expect), and Matt and NRRG updated us as the work progressed. Matt was great - he explained everything he was doing and was very respectful and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure the job was perfect - he replaces some boards when necessary and fixed areas in closets where some boards had been taken up. Matt did an amazing job - he was right - they floor look almost new! I would highly recommend NRRG! Thanks Matt!
