I was a little skeptical about hiring someone off HomeStars (never hearing anything at all about Newridge Refinishing) but I am happy I did. Scott, Sebastian and his crew (Johnnie and Vinnie) were professional, organized and did a great job on our oak hardwood floors. Sebastian was very particular and meticulous with his work - which was very important to us. He was also very patient and very accommodating when it came to choosing our stain colour. Sebastian was personally committed to ensuring we were satisfied with the work and managed our expectations very well. If you are looking to redo your floors, this is the company.

They were very prompt in providing a quote and the price was competitive. Matt showed up when he said he would and finished the job when he said he would. He did a great job and took care not to leave a mess.

Sebastian is an absolute genius! We went away while our floors were being refinished and I was astounded to see how beautiful they are. Sebastian and his team did a fantastic job and they cleaned up the house so that I could hardly tell there had been such a lot of wood dust. Also the price was very fair. Sebastian was very helpful and gave us a lot of advice about keeping our pristine new floors clean and scratch-free. Scott, Sebastian and the team did an excellent job scheduling and completing the job ahead of time with the high quality I would expect to come with a higher end hard wood product. Their attention to detail made all the difference.

I contacted Scott for an estimate and within 24 hours Matt had come to our home to provide that, and then came back for a second estimate when I had additional questions!

From estimate to job completion Matt, Scott and their team have been incredibly responsive, flexible and professional. We are thrilled with the results of the work - which was to refinish our original (1920s) floor on the first floor of our home and remove and replace the heavily damaged hardwood and laminate floors on the second floor of our home. We so appreciate their attention to detail, excellent work and great communications and our floors look fabulous.

This work was done while we were out of town for a few weeks and we had complete trust in Matt and his team. They left our house spotless at the end of the job.

Matt did an incredible job refinishing my original hardwood floors. They were badly damaged and he literally made them look like new. I'm so happy with the careful work that he did and am glad that I paid the extra money for such a professional job. Matt is lovely and easy to work with and communicate with. Sebastian and his team were amazing to say the least, our banged up pre-finished hardwood floors left by the previous owners were brough back to life and looks brand new.

We are extremely happy that the guys were also able to replace water damaged hardwood areas with new planks and was able to make everything blend in. No messes left behind, great customer service!! For sure we'll keep NewRidge in mind to refinish flooring in my parent's house.
