Gavin and his team did a wonderful job rebuilding a foundational wall covering a 13-foot section of our 120-year-old home. Given the nature of the work and our house, we were expecting a surprise or two. However, GJ MacRae completed the project on budget and as planned within three days. The team worked so efficiently and professionally that we hardly knew they were hereand both my wife and I work from home. They also posted daily updates on social mediaproof, to me at least, that they were proud of the work they did. As a new homeowner, I wish I could have received more frequent updates from Gavin while the work was ongoing. However, everything went so smoothly that it hardly felt necessary at the time!

The foundation repair GJ Macrae did in our facility was a job well done. The first quote was added because of the extra works they have to do. I was pleased with the result and the waterproofing system they installed is the right one that is required for the condition of the wall.
I am really pleased with how the works is done. The crew was really polite and accomodating with the flow of activities we have during the excavation.

Very quick to earn our trust with our home and investment, Gavin was a great listener, gave great advice tailored to our needs, showed up to start on plan and finished our challenging project essential on plan (we had some challenges arise which he and the team accommodated which also included some unplanned weekend appearances to pick up some lost time!). Excellent service to repair the foundation leak on the exterior with a very hard working team. This is the second house I have used GJ MacRae services. I would use them again if needed. The 15 year transferrable warranty is very reassuring.

I hired GJ MaCRae to raise a previously lowered portion of my basement and pour concrete. I had alot of questions and found Dean very responsive and helpful. I was very happy with the final product. Dean, Mehmet and the crew did a great job.
