Jordan came out to our home and did an on-site quote for us to reno and replace 1600sq’ of flooring in our kitchen, dinning, livingroom, 2 bedrooms and hallway. Demo started on time and finished ahead of schedule. We returned home every night to an impeccable home. They had professional suggestions and even completed beautiful customized work. They worked with other trades along the way. Our home was completed within a two week period, on schedule, and on budget. McLaughlin Flooring goes over and above for their clients, thank you so much! Rick and his team did an excellent job covering all bedrooms and the hallway with vinyl planks. Their work is flawless and fantastic. Both me and my friends are impressed with their excellent craftsmanship and their efficiency.
They did all baseboard cuttings outside the house in a very cold day. This eliminated the chance of getting harmful saw dusts inside the house. I really appreciate this.
They also applied an innovative approach when joining the floor area to the stairway. It results to a smoothest and cleanest transition that I can ever think of and it will last forever. They did not charge me extra for it.
I can also see that they put lots of mind in floor patterns and color variations before putting each floor plank in place. The result is artistic and beautiful.
This is the second time I call contractors for home improvements. Lesson I learned is that selecting the correct contractor is important. I will certainly ask Rick’s team again and again for all future projects.

McLaughlin flooring just finished an installation of 1800 sq ft of hardwood in our new home.

Scope included removal of carpet from 2nd floor, removal of hardwood from first floor & install of Vintage hardwood.

There was no BS, Rick responded to request within 40 minutes, came to the house 2 days later when it was convenient for me, measured the whole second floor and provided detailed quote that same moment at the kitchen table. Just bought a new home and wanted to use McLaughlin Flooring again as they did an incredible job the first time when they replaced my floors in my previous home. Rick (the owner) is a humble, patient and hard working individual. He truly cares about his customers and the quality of work that he provides. A modification needed to be done to part of our existing trim for it to transition neatly into our new trim . Rick's worker Jordan fixed the trim and installed laminate flooring on the entire 2nd floor of our new home. I didn't get a chance to meet Jordan as I had to work but I just wanted to say thank you so much for your excellent workmanship. I highly recommend McLaughlin Flooring and will be using them again in the future when I decide to remove the carpet from our stairs. Thanks again Rick.

I found out I was very sick ,so I decided to remove all of the carpeting in my home. Then I came to home stars to find a professional hardwood floor installer and that's where I found the best of the best, at this point in time in the industry. lets all give Rick and Jordan 10 plus stars. Movie star introduction aside, these guys are very professional, punctual, easy too communicate with, which lead to beautifully finished hardwood floors. Ultimately this has made has me very happy.with the finished project.
