Service was excellent at Mars Blinds. Very helpful staff, they were able to help me choose the best blinds for my needs. They accommodated my time lines and installed them just in time for my wedding in the backyard! They were even able to find us shutters that could fit on our patio doors! I live in Lorne Park, Mississauga and for the past 10 years I have taken in the homeless from time to time. As you can perhaps appreciate this type of assistance certainly comes with a certain amount of problems and inherent danger. My worst fears were realized Dec 23/2010 when a mentally disturbed homeless person that I had taken in literally "trashed" the place while I was out. The damage was in the thousands of $. I was heartbroken to see the white California wooden shutters were smashed. I was told by one blind store the entire assembly would have to be replaced at a cost in excess of $4,000. Distraught, I made my way to Mississauga"s Mars Blinds and Shutters on New Year's Eve day, where I was assured by George that he would leave the shop and personally visit my home that very afternoon. He surveyed the damage and stated "they don't make these shutters anymore, but I am going to make them for you".....and that he did for a cost that was less than 10% of what I was faced with if they all had to be replaced. I was astonished at the incredible workmanship and excellent colour match.

We picked MARS from their internet website. Our service was excellent from order information on website to follow-up on order clarification to ensure correct order entry, to prompt order receipt and pick up at the showroom where the order was carried to my vehicle. Product arrived in safe packaging and was the perfect size complete with hardware and magnets. Service from beginning to end was excellent. We were very apprehensive about ordering online but would not hesitate to use and recommend MARS again.

A good friend referred me to Mars. I went in selected what I wanted, had the quote done very quickly. They won my business, ordered the shutters and arranged the installation. The work was done and they were very conscientious and tidy. Everyone did an excellent job in a very friendly manner and I would certainly recommend the entire team to my friends.

Mars Blinds & Shutters staff were exceptional - really clear about options, measured precisely and did everything in a timely manner. they are a little bit more expensive but they have very good service, i got all the shutters in my house done by them. I am very happy with the end result, i would recommend them to friends

I tried contacting other companies for bids on window shutters, but they didn't respond. Irina, on the other hand, responded to my email and phone inquiries immediately. George then came out and measured my windows. He was courteous and absolutely professional. The shutters they built for us were ready when George said they would be, and the quality is fantastic. Mars Blinds & Shutters were very easy to communicate with and prompt in answering my questions. Once the blinds were ordered the overall time to get the custom cut blinds was very good. Their pricing is very competitive and the blinds are of good quality. Would recommend to others!
