We've had to get some new appliances for our new house in Uxbridge, so we did some comparison shopping between the [other stores]. Leon's was the last place that we went to, and clearly the best. We were greeted right away and treated very well. We had great, honest and helpful service, and never felt pressured. In other stores, we couldn't even find anyone to help us. And they had a great store display with no faulty appliances (again, more then I can say for their competition). And in the end, were willing to meet any prices we found elsewhere. It was a very easy decision for us and we would shop there again.

excellent delivery and competative pricing. shoes were off up on delivey. excellent service. good warranty. quick exchange on one of my pilllows that had a tear in it. very good scoth guarding program. stails come off easily.

Two items were at their warehouse and were able to be delivered on time. 1 item (dresser) was being brought in from another warehouse - approx. 4-6 weeks later for delivery. Plus they never phoned to confirm delivery time - they delivered Sunday afternoon after 5pm. Because of pricing we will probably buy there again.
