We needed window coverings for 2 condo apartments and visited the Kamfair Drapes Store. From the start we were made to feel that our business, big or small, was valued. Jennifer listened to our needs and was very helpful with her advice. Andrew who handled all the installation always arrived promptly for his appointments and was precise, efficient and very neat in his work. We found both of them pleasant, reliable, easy to communicate with, friendly yet professional. We are very satisfied with the Hunter Douglas sliding panels and roller shades that we purchased from Kamfair.

We used Kamfair to install drapes on our first house. The fabric was nice looking and soft. Both the quality of the drapes and service were good. However when we went shopping for drapes for our 2nd house, we realized the exact same drapes were sold much cheaper elsewhere. We decided not to return due to the high costs.

We are very happy with the Eclipse Shutters installed. From the initial consult to the installation process was seamless. Jennifer and Edward were very knowledgeable and explained any potential issues. We received quotes from several other companies and Kamfair provided a fair price.

Their service is very professional. We have visited their show room a few times before making our decision and they were very patient to listen to our concerns and gave us different options to consider. The installer was very conscientious and made sure everything was done perfectly.They provided proper protection during installation and cleaned up the space after installation. I strongly recommend them.

Kamfair Drapes installed drapes throughout our newly purchased home. Although his showroom is small, he has a lot of photos of his work. He also has a large selection of drapery material to choose from as well as rods and end caps. If you're new to drapes, he takes the time to explain all the different terms (e.g., box pleat styles, sheers, finials, etc.). He also came to our house to take measurements and lent us sample materials to help us make our decisions based on the wall paint and the lighting in each room. It was a pleasure dealing with Andrew!

Ken came to my home and measure the length carefully and patiently, he also explained the pros and cons of installing curtains, plus the way of washing them. When he came to my home that day, it only took him couple hours to install all the curtains. So efficient and curtains are in good quality

Measurements of the windows were taken efficiently and installations were done promptly when our window coverings came in. Andrew offered alternate suggestions but was not pushy. He offered us the best price for our window coverings order.

We almost went for Polywood shutters from another vendor who had an exclusive on it but decided they did not deserve our business after they called to cancel our appointment half an hour before they were supposed to show up for an in-home consultation. I was extremely upset because my widfe and I rearranged our schedules to home to meet with them on a weeknight.

Luckily our neighbours told us about Andrew at Kamfair Drapes. They had Eclipse vinyl shutters installed in their home because they knew someone who purchased the same product over 7 years ago and said they still as good as the day they were installed. A quick visit to the store and we got the same as our neighbours - plantation style shutters with the tilt bar hidden of to the side on the front.

Andrew came by to finalize the measurements for the windows (main and second floor) and even called to apologize as he was going to be a bit late. Three weeks later our order arrived as expected.

Andrew and his cousin Allen, showed up at least a half hour earlier in the morning than we expected to do the installation. They completed the installation in the time originally quoted (just over 4 hours). They cleaned up and took away all the packing materials and left no mess.

So if you are looking for exceptional value and excellent customer service, ask for Andrew at Kamfair.

When the owner of the company came to measure our windows for the california shutters, he was exceptional in explaining what he was measuring and what accommodations were needed in order for our shutters to function properly and to look good. Originally we wanted wood shutters, but went with vinyl shutters (company name Vinylbilt) after weighing the advantages and disadvantages.

We also ordered sheers for our front door. The material that they recommended was very good quality.

Curtains look good. They are low maintenance. I think I found a pretty good deal with Kamfair as the quality of my curtains is very good. The materials they offer are worth the price and I think the sewing is really good. Overall, the curtains make my room feel 'nice'. They were willing to do their best to accomodate my design and I am happy that they had added input as now that I think back, my design would not have worked well once made.
