JBG Tile and Contracting tiled 3 bathrooms. They were excellent at their work, the tiles are beautifully installed and the staff were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for any future work, I understand they do more than tiling so would also hire them for other jobs.

Carlo did a great job. He was prompt, polite, a good problem solver, tidy, and focused. He completed the job quickly.

Hired JBG Tile and Contracting to install the tiles for our Main and Master Bathrooms. In doing so I dealt with Loreto who was great to work with. He is professional, understanding, and kind in accommodating our renovation needs. He is prompt to respond to emails and answer questions. As for install, Karel completed a beautiful job efficiently, and with no mess; also great to deal with as he provides smart insight when required. Completely happy with their service and would recommend them to others!

We wanted to change our kitchen tiles without changing our cabinets and granite countertop, as they were still in good shape. Some companies told us that they would have to dismantle the entire lower cabinets including the large island, and remove the countertop in order to do a proper job. We were not very keen on doing that because of the risk of breaking the granite countertop and the extra work of removing the cabinets.

We then called JBG tile to come take a look to see if what we wanted to do was feasible. Mike came to our house and assessed the situation and confirmed that they could change the floor without having to remove the cabinets and that they could tile under the island without having to dismantle it. So we decide to go ahead with them, and change the kitchen floor and backsplash, as well as the laundry room floor.

Mike was very professional and accommodating. His coordination of the work was efficient and his communication with us was excellent throughout the project. His team was skilled, friendly and punctual. I would highly recommend using JBG tile for your next tiling project.

Mike was great to work with, really felt that he wanted to make sure I was pleased with the work. Always replied quickly to calls or emails.

Floor looks lovely! Great job with the tile.

Care was taken when moving appliances (disconnecting, etc). Discuss dust control measures when planning.

Great work, good communication, friendly guys. Mike and his team worked hard to finish as quickly as possible since this was the only washroom in our apartment, and they left our place tidy after each days work.

I hired JBG to remove a shower/tub wall liner and install new tile to the wall surround and ceiling of my basement shower/tub. They completed the job quickly and to very good quality, at a reasonable price compared to other quotes. I would use JBG again for future tiling projects and would recommend them.

I'm on a tight schedule on a home reno I'm overseeing and had a recent problem as one trade follows the other. Last week a tiler I was to use decided not to show up on his start date and didn't bother to tell me he wasn't coming. In a panic I called JBG based on the Homestars reviews and the owner Loreto contacted me immediately. I explained that I needed at least the kitchen done the same week. He said he'd get it done and sent a fabulous tiler ( Carlos ) to do it within 2 days. A great job done at a reasonable price and Loreto and his team helped me out of a jam.
