This is the 2nd time I have used Vlad from Integrity. They put their heart and soul into their work and I can relate to that. The previous installer left the job improperly wired and unfinished.The system never worked properly and the cabinet door would not close all the way. Vlad and his associate were true professionals. Everything they committed to they delivered and MORE. They did so with very high quality customer service and with the highest levels of honesty and integrity.
I was looking to have full home theatre setup in my basement, including ceiling mounted 55" LCD tv multiple components installed, calibrated, and with a universal remote control integrated. Not only did they set it up perfectly, Vlad also helped me access and purchase some of the associated components. We are now fully enjoying the home theatre in our basement. Additionally, I was looking to reconfigure the home theatre setup in my family room, as that had never been set up and calibrated properly. Vlad and his associate got that system set up and operating properly, and we can't believe the difference pre and post. Of course, the great service didn't end the day he left our house, as Vlad followed up a few days after installation to verify all was working well, asking us to let him know should we have any questions. It is not often one finds a service provider who does qualiy work, honestly and professionally. Vlad is one of those guys, and I will gladly recommend him to friends and associates.

I recently had Integrity Electronics to do an installation of speakers on the wall, and mounting a flat TV for me. Vlad, who came over to do estimation, provided solid advices and showed my options in regards to installation. I was satisfied with a quote and agreed to have a job done by this company. We scheduled an installation date right away. Installers came in few days later to do the work. Overall, they worked professionally and knew- how to get things done right. Also, I was very pleased to receive a followed-up call within couple of days from one of the installers.

Well, we called Integrity, Vlad came by, quoted us a very fair price, in no time at all we had three tv's mounted, components installed and integrated, and everything works great!

I used Vlad because he did a Nice flat screen install for my father in law 2 years ago. Althouh his company was very busy I booked well ahead of time. It was worth the wait. His installers showed up early and did an excellent job. Talk about old marrying old world craftmanship with the latest in technology!. I recognize quality when I see it. They neatly installed and hid all of the cabling in the wall I would definitely use his services again when needed.

Let me say that Vlad and his team are top notch professionals. Vlad was indispensable in designing and installing two LCD televisions in my home. From the initial consulatation through the installation process Vlad offered guidance and suggestions that made the end product perfect. Whenever I left him messages or emails, he always replied promptly. All work was performed to my complete satisfaction. In fact his team took the extra time to vacuum the areas that contained some residual sawdust and drywall dust. Not only that, but when a network cable installed poorly by another company stopped working, he sent his crew back to my home the very next day and fished a new cable for me. That's service. Vlad takes pride in his work. If you read this review, take my word you cannot go wrong with Vlad's company.

Did alot of research on finding the right installer. I finally decided on Integrity based on the reviews on this website. First of all, Vlad is extremely fast at responding to any questions. In half an hour, i had the quote and his team was at my house the next day. The install took a little longer than expected but it was worth it. It looks awesome and everything has been working great for over a month now.
