iMove helped us move our storage contents to our cottage in Collingwood just before the holiday season.
We had a full truck load of bedroom sets, appliances and boxes. Our crew came with a 26` truck which
was just enough to accommodate all the stuff. The drive was a little challenging because of the amount of
snow and bad road conditions leading up to our house. However, the movers knew what they were doing,
wrapped all our belongings and took care of the flooring at the new place. We tipped everyone for a job well
done!

We got a severe bed bug infestation from the truck!! It took the drivers almost six hours to deliver our stuff from Durham to kitchener. We thought we were robbed and called the police. They finally arrived and delivered items full of bed bugs. We are 100% sure they didn't come from our old home or the new one and can and will prove it. Andy from i Move is a crook and a fraud. He won't return our calls and is a kind! Do not hire i Move. I have contacted the police and media and will he posting a review all over the Internet

BED BUGS!!!!Do not trust imove for anything whatsoever. They are crooks who took my belongings for 6 hours and wouldn't answer my phone calls. They then finally came to my residence almost 7 hrs late and I helped them move unload my belongings and was still charged $520. The next day I wake up and literally find everything that I own covered in bed bugs! I have been dealing with this infestation for a week now because of this company and I have simply been calling them to be reassured they will at do something about it. I have left messages, voicemails and emails, all have been ignored and now they won't answer my phone calls. Imove you have put my pregnant wife and 2 toddlers through hell, and I paid you $520 for you to bring my possessions (which were mostly brand new) from city to city only to have you infest my whole apartment I currently live in. I've had to throw out almost everything I own because of the severity of my infestation due to their disgusting trucks. Karma will come back around to you people for doing this to my toddlers and pregnant wife. Keep ignoring my calls, I'll be calling everyday you crooks.

Got referred by my cousin. iMove relocated their office this summer and we decided to give them a try. I have moved 4 times in the past 5 years so getting involved with movers was nothing new to me. The crew was punctual, arrived with a large size truck as requested, brought us extra wardrobes and managed to get everything done in our allocated service elevator times. I`m happy, my wife is happy, so all is great!

iMove helped us relocate our store contents and office space from our old location to Square One mall this past weekend. We hired a 4 man crew and two large trucks get everything in as fast as possible since our access to the mall`s dock was time restricted. The job was done efficiently, the foreman was very good at assembling our workstations and I was very impressed with his young helpers. I may be doing a personal move in January and will certainly call iMove for help! Thank you again, Milos.

I was recommended to iMove by my cousin who had used them during his move back in June and he was satisfied with their services. I went with a 3 man crew and a large size truck to get things done as fast as possible and also since I had a few heavy pieces.

My crew showed up 20 minutes early, I was still in bed hoping they would be late! The foreman/driver was an older gentlemen and he had 2 young helpers with him. They put down floor runners and covered all delicate areas with blankets. Most of my boxes were taken out on 4 wheel dollies and things went very smooth. Proper wrapping did take a while but I am happy my things were delivered in the same condition they left.

All in all a good job by a pleasant crew. They knew what they were doing and that`s what matters. I tipped everyone as well for a job well done.

Horrific. Having confirmed two months in advance, I reconfirmed the day before. It took two days of calling to reach anyone just before the move and the voicemail was overloaded. Day of the move I tried numerous times, eventually reaching someone on where the movers were - they indicated they were on their wait "shortly" and would arrive within the hour. At 9 hours late (nearly 8 pm) I received a text message asking what time they should arrive the next day. We had to scrambled to get a van in the afternoon and impose on our friends and family to help us move a house of furniture. Do not every use them. I would give them a negative review if that was an option

The good: the guys that moved my things, did so at a fairly quick pace. This was the reason I gave 3/5 for how satisfied I was with the company.
The bad: everything else.
I was promised a 26' truck with 3 movers at a specific time (with 5 wardrobe boxes). A 24' truck arrived with only 2 movers - and they were 30 mins late (and only brought 2 wardrobe boxes).
(I had told them ahead of time that everything wouldn't fit in a 24' truck as I had moved fairly recently - and it didn't all fit. I had to move things on my own driving back and forth after the fact.)
Then when they moved the items to the destination, but before they unloaded, they demanded payment in full or they would not unload the truck. I was feeling quite nervous at this time as they could have left with my posessions as well as the cash, so we had someone stand guard near the truck.
They damaged a wall at the entranceway, they damaged a dresser and they broke an antique dining room chair. Do they have insurance? They claimed they did. Can you make a claim? No. I tried to contact the staff several times via email and also via online chat and no one ever responded to me.
Please take care when you make a decision regarding the company that moves your posessions. An extra few dollars could save you a lot of stress and disappointment later on.
