IKEA Canada - Coquitlam

We bought a couch from them and they delivered promptly. They even wore little boots to protect the floors. Very professional.

Friendly, helpful staff. Couch is comfortable. Quality is good especially for the price.

The service that we recieved was fantastic. The sales associates were very helpful and did everything they could to help us find what we were looking for. Ikea has a wide variety of kitchen cabinets and accessories and they were all very well priced. Overall, our experience was outstanding and we will definitely return to Ikea for all our decorating needs.

I purchased a desk from Ikea and I think they should consider making better instructions. For the assembly of their products. Possibly they are trying to save money by not needing to translate instructions into each language but I find it to be pretty time consuming looking at pictures and doing more guesswork.

I went to IKEA to buy some lighting for my newly designed room, and I found that the directions were all in little pictures and found this quite frustrating. Pictures would work for a small desk, for electrical functions they should be a little more careful.
