Within 1 business day of contacting hoerner plumbing we were able to get Martin and his assistant on site to provide an estimate and begin work. From start to finish they demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism. Fast and thorough, they were exceptional at repairing the broken pipe and cleaning up when done. As well they provided us with tips on preventing any further maintenance issues and kept the job to within the price quoted. Overall a great company and their staff demonstrates the pride they take in the work they do.

Two days before a scheduled boiler cleaning, I smelled gas in my basement. An Enbridge investigator came straight round and discovered two gas leaks near the connectors. He told me that they were the wrong kind, although they had been put in by the company (NOT Hoerner) that I bought the boiler from, about eight years ago. When Claire from Hoerner's came she checked that the connectors she would use were correct, fixed the leaks by changing the connectors and line between them, and performed the scheduled maintenance. She was wonderful. I am so glad that I switched to Hoerner's for my maintenance. I will certainly ask for Claire on any plumbing job l have.

The team arrived exactly on time (i was late actually) and provided a thorough service. They not only cleaned the interior of the boiler (provided before and after pics) but also walked through firmware settings to ensure everything was performing optimally.

Claire was amazing at explaining features of my own boiler to me, and walking through options about heating water for my high flow tub.

Everyone that we worked with at this company was friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to help solve our plumbing issues. Martin and Rafiq were great! They listened to our concerns and were able to fix the problem on the spot. We'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to our friends and neighbours.

When water started backing up in the kitchen sink, I feared for the worst. Then Stephen arrived and advised that it was a building trap blockage, fast and easily fixed. We are relieved and thrilled that we will likely not have to deal with this again for some time!

We've used Hoerner before and were happy so when we had an emergency plumbing issue it was a an easy choice on whom to call. Stephen and Rafiq were the techs to come out to the house. They arrived on time and provided a good sense of the issue before quoting for the cost of the job. The completed the job in an efficient manner and everything looks to order. We would recommend Hoerner to friends and would use them again.

Hoerner Heating & Plumbing is the absolute best company for these services. Martin and Stephen worked tirelessly to repair extensive clogs involving several pipes in a 90 year old house. It was a difficult and horrible job yet they were professional, polite, intelligent and determined to fix the complex problem. They have a very impressive work ethic. Martin returned with Rafiq to cut and reroute pipes to avoid reoccurrence. Amazing work. There is no evidence of the horrible job as each time they left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. I called Hoerner Heating based on Homestar reviews and they are located in the east end of Toronto. After speaking with Kim 1st thing this morning; the technicians were fully booked however if at the end of the day, if they were to finish earlier I could be squeezed in. Wow! I received a call and by the time I came home Steven O. was already taking care of the problem. Steven fixed the problem, no more running water and professional. I will be contacting in the future to look at the radiators.

Made my appointment on Thursday, and they showed up next day, exactly when they said they would.
Stephen was very friendly and knowledgeable, and fixed our shower quickly.
Would definitely use them again.
