Had Horner in to check on my house drain since there were problems flushing the toilet and clogged sink. Got an immediate reply to my email message requesting service and arrangements made to quickly come to my place to diagnose the problem.
Very professional interaction prior to the technicians arrival. Got notices reminding me of the appointment date/time, names of the technicians, their bios and pictures.
The service was outstanding. They diagnose the problem as a clogged/damage segment of the main drainage pipe in need of replacement. The job got done in a timely fashion and when they finished the dug out front lawn looked like before.
Would highly recommend this company and certain to continue using them for any plumbing related issues.
