After doing my research, I hired Handyman Connection to do some odds and ends around the house. My new toilet that I had installed was dripping from the tank and I coudln't figure out why, the upstairs sink's lever that holds water in the sink was broken and the shower curtain kept falling.

Raphael politely, efficiently and cleanly was able to fix all these nagging odds and ends. He clearly explained to me how he did each one and this gave me confidence to call upon this company should I need it again down the future!!

I liked the company, they are prompt. They did the job but the problem is the bathroom tile came off as a result of their work and they could not fix it. It has been a while and they still have not been able to fix it. Other than that they are a pretty good company.

David Othen is a Superstar at Handyman Connection. Any task undertaken by David is executed masterfully. He is a brilliant craftsman, not only possessing a high degree of skills, but also an expert at solving “glitches” that surface. In addition, David has a delightful personality. His sense of humour, wit, intelligence and trustworthiness make him a stellar HomeStar who is welcomed in any residence.

The lever mechanism for flushiling the toilet was broken and i tried to fix it myself. however, I couldn't buy the right part. i called Handyman connection and they sent a great plumber quickly and did the job right.

Mark was able to troubleshoot the problem correctly and was able to fix it professionally in a short time. He was curteous, friendly and helpful. The recepionist was also friendly and helpful.

Wood deck around large Norway Maple was built in sections and had begun to heave as a result of tree roots and trunk growth. Deck requires shortening of boards and resetting to obtain a flat surface that would last a number of years. Clifton and his helper came on a Saturday to pull up the sections and determine requirements and then came the following Saturday and completed the job in one day. The deck is in very good shape now and we are using it regularly.

What a great experience it has been working with Handyman Connection Etobicoke and their talented craftsman, David Othen in particular.

Being referred to them with a glowing recommendation from a friend provided me with a good comfort level as David worked to complete my kitchen lighting project while keeping me informed in layman's terms every step of the way. I called The Handyman Connection after reading about them in The Etobicoke Guardian and noticing they had won a Reader's Choice award.
My call was returned promptly and the craftsman arrived right on time as promised. I found him obliging and innovative. I was so glad not to have to replace the doors which were damaged when different contracters put down new hardwood floor. I think it is excellent for
seniors to have a company they can call and be assured of a trustsworthy person coming to the door. You never know when you
call someone from the internet or newspaper.

Had a runny hot water faucet in kitchen of old house..plumbing was very old. The plumber sent knew what he was doing and what parts were needed to repair the problem . It took some effort to replace the old parts but he did the job right. No more runny faucets!!

I called Handyman Connection because I had several jobs that I had been wanting to get done for some time, but I couldn't find a reliable handyman. The very pleasant gentleman I spoke to when I called - I regret I can't remember his name - assured me that they do all sorts of jobs, both big and small. Braeden and Dustin began and completed all of the work in the allotted time, even though they ran into some obstacles and encountered difficulty in finding some of the materials I wanted. I also very much appreciated that they gave the same full attention to the largest job - prepping and painting a 30 ft.long, 5 feet high stone wall - as they did to what I call all the little "dumb jobs". They were friendly, polite and patient with my many questions and, best of all, didn't leave any mess to clean up afterwards. I will definitely call Handyman Connection again and recommend them to my neighbours and friends.
