It was our first time purchasing windows and we did all our windows and front entrance with GTA and very happy with the product and service they provide from the beginning to the end(including cleaning and old windows disposal). Than you and we would recommend GTA Windows to anyone looking to upgrade there windows.

We have purchased 8 windows and a patio door from GTA Windows and are extremely satisfied with the product and service that this company has provided. This is our first house and we had absolutely no experience about the windows and doors replacement and, frankly speaking, were a bit apprehensive about the whole process. However, after company's representative Igor has visited us, we had all our questions answered and became confident that GTA Windows will handle this project well. What gave us such confidence was the fact that, contrary to the estimates of 3 other companies that visited us prior to GTA Windows, and suggested that all windows and a patio door in the house needed to be replaced, Igor told us that, only the first floor windows and a patio door need to be replaced as they are original and quite old, but the second floor windows were replaced recently, and are still in good shape and only require minor insulation adjustments. We were pleasantly surprised by Igor's honesty and shortly placed an order. Installation team was very professional. Prior to removal of windows, our furniture was covered to make sure no damage would be done during the replacement process. Given the fact that installation was done on a cold day, team has made sure that replacement process was planned out and carried out as efficiently as possible to minimize the time no windows were present. Once the installation was completed, team has cleaned up and removed old windows from our property. Thank you very much guys for everything! We will recommend your company to all our friends!

GTA Windows installed 2 patio doors in our house and they have done an outstanding work. Installer was here on time, very courteous, has done everything without mess and promptly. We are really happy with the experience and would recommend GTA Windows to anybody!

We chose GTA windows out of many for their honesty, professional approach and good recommendations from our friends. The job was done in time and made my house look much more beautiful and attractive let alone efficiency warm-wise. I liked Eugene (the installer for GTA) and his approach to the job he was doing. One could see that this man has pride in his trade and tries to do everything to perfection.

From the start I was less than impressed with this team, but Igor's great attention to the sale won me over, to my regret.

The team arrived at my house and barely spoke to me, much less to tell me their plan of action. They proceeded to remove our old windows quickly, and at first I was impressed with their speed.

As the old windows were removed, they began grinding at the brick and framing of the house, without warning me they were doing this. Every surface of my house including high-end electronics and soft surfaces like couches etc. was covered in thick, scratchy brick dust. Although they attempted to clean up the area they were in at the end of the day, there was dust everywhere in the house due to the fact they didn't close doors or tell me to dropsheet my furniture.

I have had brick-to-brick installation before and there was never any issue like this.

Additionally, they used a cross brace of wood to stabilize the windows and level them by drilling into the drywall surrounding the windows. I wouldn't have minded this as a simple hole is easy to patch and fix, however I watched each of them simply rip the cross brace off the wall resulting in massive damage to the drywall, tearing the paper and making huge holes. Igor offered me $150 to fix this, what a joke.

On top of that, the finishing of the frames around the windows on the inside is dreadful. They are not level, filled with staple holes and have minimal attempt to fill the holes in the wood. I could have done a better job, and the only way to fix them will be to tear all of it off and do it properly myself, to all 17 windows.

The net result is that I have beautiful windows that are finished terribly and I would never recommend GTA windows as an installer.

We ordered window replacements from GTA windows based on excellent pricing & honesty. Windows were available for installation in less than 2 weeks. Eugene and his team of installers were excellent! I have never seen such clean and organised workers! Everyone from sales and installation were a pleasure to deal with - treat yourself to Royal service by using GTA windows for your window replacement.

We decided to replace 7 windows and a patio door on our semi-detached house. Each window seemed to have some sort of "issue" as it was being replaced. The windows look great and the installer was extremely hard working as he would work tirelessly to complete the job.

Compared to other replacement window jobs in the neighbourhood I feel that we were fortunate to have selected GTA windows for our project.

When you are updating an 80+ year old house using professionals is definitely the way to go.

I have never purchased windows before. The salesman, Igor, came to discuss the windows I was going to have replaced and discuss the windows I was hoping to have installed.
I was second guessing my self on the style I chose, to gaudy,to busy??
On June 23rd two wonderful men, Ivan and Serge came to do this install. The were friendly, competant and tidy. They arrived at 9am and had the windows installed, cleaned up (not much mess anyway) and were gone by 12pm.
My windows look fabulous!! I am soooooooooo happy with the windows, I did not want to go to work today, I just wanted to stay home and look at my new windows.

GTA did a great job installing 6 windows and a front door. The service was prompt, prices were reasonable and the installation maintained the integrity of our older home's mouldings. Clean-up was thorough.
