Six building Townhouse complex requiring significant cement restorations to unit landings, balconies, railings and stair foundations. After extensive search found Kris @ Goldwell Restoration, thus began our two-year project. Kris and his team took the time and patience to educate the board of directors as the remediation plan was put together. The plan was carried out over the past two summers efficiently with minimal disruption and within budget. Queries were promptly attended to and the result was met with “High Praise” within our community!
