This was our third time using Gerry's Roofing. When we decided on a new roof for the back half of our house, we hired Gerry's Roofing without hesitation. From start to finish, everyone that we met or talked to on the phone, were always pleasant and knowledgeable. Clean-up was amazing! Not a nail or any debris was left, especially on the driveway! We highly recommend Gerry's Roofing! The whole team was wonderful to work with!

I worked with Gerry's to replace all soffit, fascia and eavestroughs on a century home. From my first contact with Gerry's through to the finished project, everything was smooth, easy and seamless.
The quoting process was detailed and Dave offered thoughtful suggestions which helped me focus my budget on the right things and where I would see the biggest impact.
Will and Ciara made sure there was constant contact throughout so I always knew the plans and timing.
Cody and Mike were my onsite team and they were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and had a very high level of pride in the work they were doing - even when the old house threw a couple of challenges in. They left the property spotlessly clean and tidy when done.
Glad I chose Gerry's and would not hesitate to call them for future projects. The work significantly improved the curb appeal of my house - even more than I anticipated.

The roof and the workmanship looks fine, I gave my business to you guys for one simple reason as you were not the cheapest quote. The reason was you were the only company out of dozens of quotes who actually showed up at my house, reviewed the work required, explained the options / product choices and this was critical to my decision. To make that time and show up in person is and was appreciated immeasurably.

Overall, a bad experience. There was an immense amount of communication towards me but none between people at the company: the foreman at my house and the project manager and the service rep didn't talk to each other at all. I had to explain some things three times to make sure everyone was on the same page.

The original quote didn't include all the work. The first site visit from the manager added $7k of work. He insisted he did not need to look at the roof from inside. Then after two days of work my roof still leaked from a spot they already roofed over. After showing it to him from the inside he was able to identify and rectify the problem.

There was drywall damage on the inside of my house done by our roofing crew. They patched it up on their dime, as they should. I still had to repaint the whole ceiling to hide the drywall patches though.

It took 7 visits (and 2+ months) after the roof was laid to get the final details done. They offered to keep coming back but my house looks a lot worse in some areas because of workers' carelessness, so I said no thanks.

Cleanup was so-so at best, we still find the occasional nail on our property.

I used these reviews to choose Gerry's roofing. My experience definitely did not live up to the rating they have.

We called Gerry's Roofing to have the shingles replaced on our detached garage roof. They were very polite and professional. Their communication in person (Greg and Paul), and from the office (Ciara) was excellent. We required wood to be replaced as well as the shingles. They provided photo evidence of the rotted wood and holes. Communication updates and invoicing was done quickly. The results were excellent. We are very happy with the job Cyle, Freddy, Dan and Brandon completed. We will use Gerry's Roofing again when it comes time to do our house's roof.

Gerry's replaced my roof and some damaged fascia in September 2023. They got to site within three weeks of signing the contract, and were in and out in under a week. Jason the estimator, Tim the project manager and Kyle's crew did a great job in getting the roof work scheduled and completed. Paul and Andy were quick and efficient fixing the fascia. Cal, Ciara and Deniesha in the office did a great job of communicating progress and making sure my billing was accurate. I highly recommend using Gerry's for their fair pricing, excellent workmanship and great administrative support in the office.

An exceptional company to deal with, professional, courteous. All aspects from quote to office communications to installation went very smoothly.

Unfortunately we needed a repair to roof. Norm and Andy, the repair crew, were excellent. They were timely, courteous and efficient.

A recent wind storm blew some shingles off 2 roofs in our complex. Gerry's roofing responded to our repair inquiry in very satisfactory time frame . When Norm and Andy arrived to do the repair, it was done efficiently. Before leaving, they thoroughly checked the remainder of the roofs of the attached units only to find 6 more missing shingles which they repaired on the spot.
