Four Seasons Sunrooms GTA

Very impressed with the every aspect of the project. Our entire experience, from the initial sales process through to completion was focused on customer service - never having to wait for a return phone call and always interacting in a very professional manner. Add to that, an installation crew who were diligent, very detail conscious and a work ethic that was a joy to observe.
We couldn't be more pleased with the completion of our sun room. You have exceeding our expectations in all respects including design, quality of materials and workmanship.

This company was perfect in every way.
I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The job was completed quickly with every consideration given to me. Workmen were polite and obliging. Two men did the job from start to finish which amazed me.

Our entire project was completed perfectly from my first telephone call to the finished room. The work was done by two wonderful men who were efficient and such a pleasure to deal with. If only all contractual work could be completed in such a manner. I am over the moon.

We had a badly damaged sunroom that was sinking and had a number of leaking windows. I am so glad and happy that I found Matt and his team who came out and assessed all the issues that were in the room. They set the right expectation in terms of the length of the work and also the cost and took so much extra effort in explaining everything to us. The care in which they do the work and go the extra mile to make everything perfect was great! Since this was a not a new construction or a gut job, it was very tricky but everything was done well and We are very happy with the final product. We would recommend Four Seasons.

Four Seasons did a complete design &construction of our sunroom. Matt's team paid amazing attention to detail and were incredibly responsive to our needs. They far exceeded all of our expectations and we will definitely turn to them if we have any additional renovation needs in the future. These guys did the entire project from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. We are extremely happy & satisfied with everyone at this company, they worked hard to make our renovations go smoothly.‎ I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in hassle free construction with excellent results.

We would like to thanks Jack and Matt for the great job they did in our house. After a (very) long process they started first with the demolition of our old deck, and then with the building of this wonderful wooden sunroom. I could not believe seeing Jack and the rest of the guys in the middle of the winter coming every single day from 8 to 5, taking care of every detail, cleaning every afternoon before leaving. In 30 days they made a beautiful sunroom that has changed our house completely.

Thrilled with our sunroom-greenhouse. Already spent time sunning & can't wait to start our seedlings in the spring! Matt & Jack have a great team, proficient &reliable. They were there when they said they would be, & left the site immaculate. We missed them when they left!

Sunroom was completed in less than a month. The crew was respectful and cleaned-up afterwards. It is well-built and blends aesthetically with the back of home. The deck that is attached is solid. The coverings at the base are well installed. Overall, we are very pleased with the work. Some delay in starting the project.

We had wanted a Backyard Sunroom for some time. Found Four Seasons at a home show and were pleased with what we saw compared to another company. We found Four Seasons workers to be awesome in their attention to detail time after time. They went out of their way to accommodate any changes we wanted and made suggestions where needed. Overall it was a fantastic experience. We love how the Sunroom has opened up our backyard view and so look forward to years of enjoyment. Thanks Four Seasons for a job well done!

Issues throughout from start to finish. Design drawings very poor, my review comments mostly ignored as I advised that the floor beam design was too high to meet existing house floor elevations.
The anchoring issue resulted in City requiring revised drawings and approval delays.
Zoning issues not advised until after contract signed.
Came to build structure when permit drawing finally approved. Floor joists and anchoring design changed from approved on site as I advised that the concrete piers were being poured too low and not high enough-to meet Ontario Building code resulting in unnescerry friction with difficult installation crew. They advised that I needed to regrade site at my expense as grading not in their contract , they then changed the floor joists and anchoring to house design to comply after I vented a little.
French door gap at top due to unlevel corner mullion, told me that was normal all exterior doors like that, fixed myself after their failed attempts
In the end it got built properly and the correct way and we are happy with the end result but a lot of grief along the way.
