We had Exclusive Windows and Doors replace all of our windows in our home in July 2022. We worked with Steve who came out to our home to measure and provide the original quote and Debra who provided guidance on window styles we should consider for our space. Steve was very forthcoming in his recommendations and provided us with a fair quote and explained everything in detail. The window installation was amazing. Even the contractors who are working on our house commented on how well the installation went and asked for their card. Installation was extremely clean and tidy (used floor protection) all the sawing for trim happened in their large trailer so there was no mess from any of the carpentry. Trim went on well and the installers really paid attention to detail. The install took 2 days and the installers answered all of our questions without hesitation while onsite.

A couple days after install we noticed a small manufacturing defect in one of our screens, we contacted Exclusive and Steve came out to our house within a couple days to review the screen and answered a question we had regarding one of the latches. He took a photo of the screen and ordered a replacement for us at no cost to us. We are currently waiting on the replacement to come in.

You can tell it is a family owned business as they care about the workmanship and customer experience. The phones are answered and voicemail/emails returned. Would definitely recommend this company. We are very happy and trust that we will get taken care of if any issues arise in the future or we have to use our warranty.

I am so happy with my windows and shutters it give my home great curb appeal. And the two young men that did the work were so clean and fast. No mess. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. Happy happy happy.

I highly recommend this company. When I first contacted Exclusive Windows & Doors, Debra was very helpful and educating me on a few things to ask when getting quotes for my doors. When Steve arrived to do the quote, he was very professional and explained all my options and made a few recommendations for the doors. Again, while he was there he was educating me about doors as I have never replaced doors before.
The pricing is very competitive and you receive a written quote for the doors. The quote is valid for 30 days, so you have time to decide and do not feel pressured to book the day of the quote. Next the installation of the new doors. My husband was home for the install and said Steve and Graham were efficient in replacing the doors and cleaning up after themselves in the work areas. Steve & Graham went above and beyond. There was an old door bell in the frame of the old door and in the brick next to the door. Steve said it was too bad that there were no bricks that matched to fix the gap. My husband said there a couple in garage and Steve & Graham fixed the bit of brick work. Thank you!!! that I am very happy with this company from start to finish. We still need to do a couple of other doors and will be contacting Exclusive Windows & Doors in January to order them.

Really happy with the work done in my home today! I did get a couple quotes for this job and found them competitive and reasonable, also the most knowledgeable company that provided me with a quote. The everyone I spoke to at this company were friendly, the installers today cleaned up after themselves, were efficient and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I would recommend this company and will be in touch when its time to update additional windows.

We were looking for a new front door and did our research. Exclusive Window and doors seemed to be well ahead of the competition so we went with them. They were helpful in assisting us to make an informed choice out of a large number of doors. They told us the timeline and they delivered on time and on price. Their installers were punctual, friendly and very neat. They did an excellent job installing the door and cleaning up after the job was done. We were pleased with every aspect of the job. We could not recommend Exclusive any higher They have great products and excellent service.

We purchased double front doors from Exclusive Windows and Doors. Service was excellent! Debra had lots of suggestions and recommendations to help us choose the best doors, hardware and colour options. The 2 guys installing were fantastic! They were helpful, courteous and very efficient. We are so pleased with the finished product and would definitely call again if we need more upgrades in future.

Very clean and precise. The installers were super friendly and meticulous - and did a beautiful framing job! They also explained what was being done and any surrounding issues that we should address, such as attic insulation. Debra on the desk was also very friendly and addressed our queries in a super timely manner. The whole company has really impressed us, from estimation/sales through to installation. We will definitely refer them to others and will call again if we need other doors/windows done.
