Purchase & delivery was smooth & fast. Delivery included everything, set up & removal of boxes. Movers were on time, were very courteous, were not in a rush. No complaints. I would recommend them to my friends.

The funiture selections are amazing!There are a variety of choices and designs to choose from. The staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable. Moreover, they the service is very fast. We would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The sales lady was very helpful at answering questions and deciding on fabrics. She brought us around the store and showed us different ideas for different rooms. The website is very informative.

I was looking for both the Scand Table and Floor lamp that were on sale that I saw on the web site. Jennifer had checked the inventory as there was none on the floor and was able to locate 1 of each in the warehouse. She had called the warehouse to confirm and was able to have them hold it for me. I was able to purchase both and pick them up at the sale price that day. However, I did have to go to the warehouse to actually pick up the items.

We bought several pieces from EQ3 for our new home, including sofas, ottomans, a chair, tables, lamps and bedroom furniture. We waited months before even receiving the sofas, which were more than six weeks late. Some of the pieces arrived damaged and were eventually replaced. But, after ordering our bedroom furniture six months ago, we have only received our dresser and are still waiting for our bedside tables. Totally unacceptable but since the dresser is beautiful, we have no choice but to wait for the matching tables. Our chair and one of the sofas were poorly upholstered, and we are having a hard time trying to get EQ3 to do anything about it. Overall, EQ3 furniture looks nice in the store, but I would hesitate to buy any more custom upholstery items from them in the future.

I was excited about discovering this EQ3 store in my neighbourhood. The furniture and other stuff has trendy designer look, and overall the prices seemed pretty reasonable. However, a recent experience at this store caused me to vow never to shop there again. I purchased a lamp and had to wait several weeks for it to arrive. I thought, OK, it'll be worth the wait because the lamp looks great. But when it finally came in and I got it home, there was a big problem. I assembled it exactly according to the directions. Just as I finished, I noticed a hairline crack on the glass globe. Within a minute of assembling it, the globe came crashing down under its own weight and even cut my arm in the process. The store manager refuses to believe that it was a defect that caused the problem and refuses to let me exchange the product. I didn't feel treated with respect, and the whole experience left a bad taste. I won't be shopping there again, ever.

I ordered a table in April and haven't received it yet. They keep pushing the delivery date every month. We were supposed to get it in June...then July...now, we have to wait until August. Tried to get a hold of a sales associate for days now and no one is picking up the phone or returning my call. This is very frustrating since we paid full price already.

Wanted dining chairs for our new home. Was tired of the same leather parson chairs that I saw everywhere. All of the cool chairs that I saw on Queen Street West were a bit above my budget. Went to EQ3 on King Street East. They're from Edmonton I believe. Everything was affordable. The fabrics were original and contemporary. We're furnishing our house kind of retro modern and so it was perfect. The sales guy was really helpful and patient walking around the store with me and providing information. The only drawback of this store is that there is absolutely no opportunity to negotiate prices like you could in a non-chain store.

This store is like IKEA with a little more taste. The furniture is not going to fall apart and they have great sales at the end of each season. I originally visited this store in Ottawa, just shopping there is an experience

We bought this beautiful couch from EQ3. the service was outstanding and even though the delivery took 6 weeks, it was worth the wait! we have received several compliments on how comfortable it was and people always comment on how cheap for such good quality!
