They were quick, accurate in their estimate and did a fantastic job. I was actually amazed how easy the process of walking into the store, selecting the right carpet, paying and scheduling was. It was so seamless and more affordable than I thought it would be, my only regret was not visiting End of the Roll sooner. I’d recommend this location and End of the Roll to family and friends. Generally the work was good. The workers were polite and neat. We had a problem with a wire for our satellite t.v. was pierced and there are a couple of seams in the carpet that are not invisible. We had done all of the prep work ourselves, by removing the old carpeting and endless staples, to try and keep the install price low. With that in mind, we found the price for the installation expensive and non negotiable

We preserved an area rug, then before order was placed i went with a different rug option. They were very accommodating and helped a great deal.

We wanted to save money while not compromising on the design and style - Georgia their designer worked with us diligently and intelligently to come up with amazing themes that highlighted our fun and caring culture, and we were able to do the carpets for our offices and cafe/lounge at an incredibly inexpensive prices!

We were very impressed that Ismal and his installation team cheerfully accommodated our schedule and installed the carpet at a short notice and on a Saturday to reduce disruption for our students and staff. We were impressed by the quality of the product, the installation, and especially the price and the after sale care and guarantee.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a good price without compromising on the design, or the quality of the product, or the quality of the designer and the installation staff.
