Encore Windows & Doors

i was refered to this company by my sister in law, the work done at there home wes impressive. The workman arrives as promised. unfortunatly the door was set up to open the wrong side, no ploblem said Encores workmen , packed it in to truck , had it replaced at factory & returned the same day to install & it looks great. I would reccomd this company to anyone.

Dave and his group at Encore are amazing.

They sell high quality product for a fair price and provide a lifetime warranty on their own workmanship as well as the lifetime warranty on the product they install.

Installers are friendly and know their stuff. Willing to take the time to do the job right plus give that little extra that makes you feel good about your decision.

Encore is the right size of company to deal with. You talk with the owner and he has the people to back him up.

With Encore you are NOT lost in a sea of voicemail and automated atendants...you talk with real people who are only interested in making you a happy customer.

I would happily recommend Encore windows to friends, family and strangers alike! All the personell that I came in contact with were both friendly and helpful. The installers were very detail oriented and did beautiful work. Our home was spottless when they left.

One of the unique features of our project was that our house is 100+ years old. Dave worked with us to have period style moulding milled for the project. It's georgous!!! Windows are very good quality and we no longer have cold drafts in the winter. :o)

We also had 2 steel doors and 2 vinyl doors installed by Encore and we are very happy with the outcome of them as well. Once again, Dave worked with us to have a custom leaded glass for the front door which turned out beautifully.

We are looking forward to finishing off the last three windows that need to be replaced with Encore.

STAY AWAY.
You may be tempted to buy from this company because they are the only suppliers of Soundproof Windows in Toronto. Save your money and use it to MOVE instead.

My windows arrived almost 2 months late, while the company was very unhelpful and made no effort to keep me informed of their status along the way.

Not only do they not reduce sound to the degree I expected (I might as well not have them at all), but they're extremely difficult to open. They do NOT open "like my regular windows" as advertised.

I was disappointed in the product and the service. Look elsewhere for your windows.

I have found Encore to be a superb company. They have unique products such as self-cleaning windows, and their installers do a wonderful job, cleaning up after themselves when they are done. Highly recommend Encore to anyone

Outstanding product, installation, and customer service. Dave provided a lot of useful suggestions which resulted in cost-savings and a better end-product. One of the best customer-service experiences ever. If only all home improvement contractors were this good.

Door still does not close properly, and also other door features don't work. Have called repeatedly over 1 1/2 years. Still no response. Diane, the receptionist, promises to have supervisor call back. Have asked for e-mails of company owners. Nothing happens. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

All of the personnel from sales through to installation were extremely friendly courtious and helpful.When possible they responded to our questions immediately and when not, they got back to us quickly. They were careful with our possessions and cleaned up well. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Right from the time that Anthony came to give me a quote through to the last cleanup, everyone from Encore was both detail and service oriented. Encore Home Improvements replaced almost every window in our house – on time in both delivery and installation, with a quality product and at a reasonable price. A special thanks to Michael – he takes pride in his work, and it shows. We will not hesitate to recommend Encore Windows to anyone, and when we need the last few windows in our house replaced, Encore Home Improvements will be the only call that we make.

Anthony is excellent in estimating the cost of the project. Ross & Michael are very precise with the final measurements for ordering the windows, that everything fits perfectly as the end result. I'm very happy with the detail work of Michael and Vincent, they're very considerate of keeping my house clean even though it was pouring rain outside. I appreciate every effort they have put in for my house. I really feel lucky to have hired them that it'll be hard for me to find such nice people again for future projects. It really felt I was watching a "live" Holmes show seeing how they have discovered and fixed the rotten wood underneath my bay window. After the project has completed, Anthony came by to double check that everything is alright. Thanks Anthony, Mike, Vince, & Ross for the painless experience! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have their windows replaced.
