Elite Concrete

Elite Designed Concrete Inc. did our driveway and porch in stamped concrete finish 8 years ago. They did such a fantastic job (which by the way is holding beautifully over the years of use!), that when we decided to add steps on the side of our house and finish off a patio under our deck, we immediately thought of Raffy and Elite Designed Concrete Inc.. They did such a great job the first time around that there was no question we would ask them to do this job for us as well. Once again they did an excellent job in a very short period of time. Elite Design Concrete was referred by my daughter. They had done a complete renovation to their back yard patio area, stairs and walkways at their home in Woodbridge. The job was breathtaking. My Husband and I discussed doing decorative concrete as well, in our back patio, side stairs and pool area. In 2008 Elite Design Concrete team did an exceptional job with a complete renovation to our back yard patio area, stairs and walkways. They showed a great deal of professionalism, organization and creativity. In April 2010, I requested them to return to perform some minor repairs and additional work. Without hesitation Marcelo and the team did another amazing job. Words can not describe another job well done.

Last year Elite Concrete did a wonderful job creating a patio and garden wall in our backyard. At the time Raffy told us that the patio would have to be sealed once again in the spring which meant right now. I called the office and left a message. An hour later Raffy called back that the job would be done at the beginning of the week. Well, they came before the scheduled time and finished the job quickly. Once again we were very impressed with this company's efficiency and outstanding service. We cannot praise them enough. Thanks again to Raffy, Marcelo and the whole team.

Elite made effort to ensure we are aware of their progress of the job and what their next step would be. They attended and tried to fix immediately when I told them some part of the concrete ended up darker in shades than other parts.

I would recommend elite designed conrete to all my friends and famliy they went over and above to make us happy.Even 1 year later they still come and made minor repairs.Raffy and his team are the best.

Once again, Elite Concrete prove that "customer service" still exists. Consumers have come to expect and in most cases accept the fact that companies promise the world, but after you pay for their services, they quickly forget you. Not the case with Elite Concrete. Last year we hired them to do our porch, steps and driveway. We were more than pleased with the work and final outcome of the project, then, to our pleasant surprise, Raffy contacted us as soon as the weather improved to let us know that he had been to our home to see how the work has faired during the winter and informed us that he would have his team by the following day to apply two additional coats of sealer. And as promised, we arrived at our home the following afternoon to see that the work was completed and looking better than ever. Hat's off to Raffy and the rest of the crew at Elite for surperb workmanship and outstanding customer service!

Raffy was very helpfull in helping us in the disign. There were rain delays but in every instance we were kept up to date. The work crew was very pleasant and co-operative, making sure the work site was neat and tidy at the end of the day. The result was terrific and passersby stop and look and comment how great the driveway looks.
I have never had a home project where things went smoother and the result was fantastic. Although the project was done in 2009 I waited until a winter had passed to see whether there was any problem with cracks. There was not.

Raffy and Marcello did an excellent job on our backyard patio and driveway extension and walkway at the end of last summer. My husband and myself were particularly pleased with the colour finish. And the follow-up care they provided this spring to ensure the bonding of the sealant on the concrete was another example of their professionalism.

We contracted Elite to design and install a concrete walkway and stairs to the front of our home. Marcelo and Raffy walked us through each step, including the design and colour selection. Equally as important, they were flexible with changes. After completion, which was on time, they popped in several times make sure all was fine. I have had dozens of compliments from friends and neighbours. These folks are honest and reliable. I strongly recommend Elite to your readers.
