The team from Elite did both of our driveways as well as our garage and walkway on the side of the house. Raffy and Marcello were both very professional and courteous. The work is great and we're very happy not to have to weed our driveway anymore! Makes me happy every time I pull in.

After completing a back yard patio with Elite earlier this summer, we contracted Elite again to do the entire front porch, yard and driveway in poured concrete. We originally planned to do this project next year in natural stone, but LOVED how our back yard turned out and were so impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and service from Elite, that we changed our mind and absolutely love the results. Elite were very professional, thorough and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They started and completed the project on time, were always available to answer our questions, and worked with us to accommodate some specific layout requests without sacrificing the quality of the job.

We were near the end phases of building our new home when I contacted Elite Designed Concrete to provide a quote for our driveway, walkways, retaining wall and final site grading. Raffy visited within a few days and provided a competitive quote. He also volunteered to drive us to a number of their projects for us to better choose a pattern and colour. Prior to commencement, Marcelo visited us to go over our project and provide a better understanding of the various phases involved. During construction, Elite's staff were polite, professional and wonderful craftsmen who clearly take pride in their trade. Marcelo and Raffy were quick to reply to our texts and emails before, during and after the project was completed. The final product is beautiful and we've received many complements from family, friends and neighbours. Without a doubt, Elite Designed Concrete was one of the best contractors we had the privilege of dealing with during the construction of our new home.

As a result of previous reviews, I contacted Elite and spoke to Raffy about getting a quote for the project at my home. Immediately, I was impressed with his attention to customer service and knowledge of his products. He took the time to drive my wife and myself to several completed jobs in order to help us decide what design would best fit with our home.

Once the design was finalized, Marcelo and his crew arrived and completed the work as discussed and went out of their way to maintain a clean job site and ensure that I was happy with all the work. They even re-seeded the area of my lawn that was damaged as a result of the concrete work and re-hung a gate on my fence. Everything was done on schedule and workers arrived when I was told they would. Lastly, it was nice to deal with a contractor that returned phone calls in a timely fashion.

Our back yard had patio stones and a flag stone walkway that were tired and very weed inhabited. We wanted to enhance the backyard with a "weed free" solution. Elite was knowledgeable with great ideas on how to make it look fabulous and their team was polite and professional. It was a great outcome!

I had concrete work done by another contractor two years ago. It was very poorly done and was beginning to fall apart. I called the contractor several times to return and fix the problems to no avail. Finally, I decided to contact a proper contractor to provide me with guidance and a solution. I called Elite Designed Concrete and Raffy came to my house within a week. He showed me the faults in the original work and explained that the only permanent solution would be to remove and replace the poor work done by the previous contractor. I agreed to have Elite redo this work for me and I'm so glad I did. Marcelo came to my home to explain the process and timelines. Their staff started shortly after that. Elite's staff is very professional, informative and would answer all my questions. Raffy and Marcelo were always available to return calls and emails. The final finish is excellent and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Elite Designed Concrete and their wonderful team for any concrete work.
