Elite built us a custom concrete retaining wall complete with 2 sets of floating steps and also a pool patio. We were extremely happy with the attention to detail and the level of service we received.

Exceptional job! From the first day that Raffy and Marcelo came by to discuss our ideas, take measurements and make excellent suggestions, to the final cleanup done by the crew once all was complete, every part of this job went smoothly and better than expected. The friendly crew showed up early and worked until dark. They took meticulous care to ensure our neighbours' yards were not affected. The new concrete walkway wrapping around our garden and house, our new porch and our new font steps have rejuvenated the look of our older, north-Toronto home. We couldn't be happier with the work and with everyone at Elite.

I have been in the Real Estate Development and Management business for over 27 years and have never encountered a contractor, and I have dealt with very many, who have performed like Elite Concrete. I am always so skeptical of a these companies that have 100% or near perfect ratings. I don’t think it’s possible, but Elite is better than a perfect rating. From the initial meeting and quote to the end of the project and beyond, Rafi, Helen, Marcello, and Eliset are so respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. The crew was professional, detailed, clean, respectful of our home, and did an excellent job with the pathway and driveway. One thing that is for certain is that once you are a customer of Elite, they will take care of you and they will go the extra mile for you (e.g. fill in cracks, seal other concrete surfaces, place crushed materials, etc.). Elite is the model for providing amazing customer service. If there was ever an issue down the road, I know I could call Rafi and he would take care of it. Simply put, Elite Concrete is the standard to whom you should measure other contractors against. All of their staff are professional, courteous, skilled and clean. Concrete is a messy job-but our job site was immaculate at the end of every day.

The end result was even better than we could’ve possibly expected and added a huge amount of curb appeal to our home.

Equally important to their work quality and cleanliness, is the after sales service. Elite has shown up multiple times after they’ve been paid to do minor touchups and fix minor issues. I wish they did more than concrete because I would hire them unreservedly to do other work!

During the summer of 2017 Elite Concrete poured concrete for our driveway and alleyway. Their service and management was superior to any of the many vendors we had previously work on our home. We were very happy with the result and experience. After a harsh winter we noticed one specific area of the concrete was showing signs of weakness on the surface. I contacted the project coordinator and the executive team came to assess the issue right away. Upon assessment they immediately offered to replace that specific section free of charge as there had been a rare technical issue with the material. The work was redone quickly and without any inconvenience to us. The Elite team delivers the highest quality of work and excellent communication throughout the process.
