Based on Homestars reviews, I called Eagle Locksmiths when the gripset on my front door broke on a Sunday evening in July. Although Jorge could not come himself, he arranged for a collegue to come over and let me into my house. Jorge then came over himself the next morning to complete the job. Jorge was friendly, professional, and efficient. The price was reasonable for emergency work. I would recommend Eagle locksmiths without hesitation.

Terrific service. Timely, good problem-solving abilities, reasonably priced. I would use this service again and would recommend it to anyone. One of our locks was an old one and George was able to come up with a key which was useful given that we did not want to change the lock appearance of other doors in the hallway.

Jorge came by and installed my security door, he did a good job on installation and completed the work in a few hours. Clean-up was not 100% but better than average. It was pleasure working with Jorge. Satisfied Customer.

We recently moved to a resale house and George came to rekey all four exterior doors. The appointment was at 5pm, George came at 8pm. He tried his best to call us but our phone is not yet connected at that time. I always say that late is better than never. And because he came, we had a restful night! However, the following morning, one of the kids locked ourselves out of the master's bedroom and all the keys were on that room - called George again and he is in our front steps within 45 minutes. He even gave us a discount. Very professional! Highly recommended!

Based on its strong HomeStars profile, I went with this company. Unfortunately I had broken a key off in a lock on our storage shed on a Saturday night, and I needed a locksmith so I could go skiing Sunday, as my stuff was inside. We made an appointment for 10:30 Sunday morning, which worked great. George was courteous and professional and installed the new hardware despite the door frame being off kilter and the previous installation having been done poorly. Emergency hourly rates aren't cheap. But that's the locksmith business for you! The rate I quoted above included HST, labor, and hardware.

We needed a lock re-keyed and a new deadbolt for our house. Jorge made time in his schedule and was efficient as well as friendly. We will definitely use Eagle Locksmiths again.

He did so without heavy sales tactics, but demonstrated a reassuring depth of knowledge. I called Eagle Doors again for a quote on a new garage door. Jorge's estimate was higher than the big box stores, but it was also more thorough, and he stands by his guarantee. Best of all, he was able to install the door almost immediately. I am very happy with the improvements to my home and will be referring people to Eagle Doors in the future.

George came when he said he would, and did a great job. We were very happy with him and have recommended him to several friends, who have also been very happy with him.

George came to our place within an hour of us calling him and gave us a quote on a new lock for our front door. He came back the same day and installed the lock. He did a great job and was very helpful.
