We recently had our front porch done, Karla was always very prompt to answer any questions we had, The crew are very, very hard working and completed the job on time. We are very happy with the way the front of our house looks now.

We are very happy to recommend Duralock. We received 5 quotes to re-do our interlock /asphalt driveway. Karla was Duralock's representative. She called back on a Sunday and arranged to quote the next day. Karla arrived on time! (actually a little early), and took her time to understand our needs.

Her quote wasn't the cheapest, but she also spent the most time providing alternatives, measuring and assessing the site. When we decided to go with Duralock, she immediately arranged a meeting to confirm our design, and refined the quote (actually reducing our cost a little) based on the modifications.

The work was scheduled immediately, and the team arrived on-site exactly when Karla said they would.

We were impressed with the team. They all wore Duralock shirts, and acted very professionally and were courteous to my family. The quality of work was top notch, and they actually came back after the work was done to do some detailed refinement before we even noticed it ourselves.

Given how many fly by night driveway companies are out there, I am very happy that we paid a little more - we received a ton more value, and I am confident they will stand behind their workmanship.

We have got at least 7 quotes from different companies, duralock came up with a very reasonable quote.

PLANNING: i changed my design/stone over a 2-3 weeks period couple of times. Karla was awesome and she was always welling to help and re-quote me on any change i made very quickly and professionally. She helped us as well with the design and she had very good ideas, that made our backyard beautiful.

WORKING: Paul and his crew showed up at 7:30 sharp and finished the whole front and backyard in three days as they promised. Paul and his crew were awesome. They were very welling to listen to any requests/changes we ask them to do. and again Paul and his crew knows exactly what they are doing. they made couple of recommendations and it worked beautiful. Tony the owner showed up in the site everyday, presented himself in a very professional and nice way.

FOLLOW-UP: after 1 week i felt that one stone was little bit moving. i sent an e-mail to karla, next morning she was calling me to book an appointment to fix it in the same day.

bottom line we couldn't be any happier with the quality, speed and the finish of the work. everyone in Duralock was awesome and knows his job.

Duralock did an amazing job on removing our outdated wooden deck and replacing it with a stone patio. We are so pleased with the excellent work that they did. Amazingly, all was complete within 2 days. Karla was fabulous, answered all of our questions and worked really hard to give us exactly what we wanted. Tony and the entire team were absolutely lovely. We hired DuraLock to redo our front yard, driveway and entryway as well as our backyard with interlocking stone. We were completely satisfied with the job done by DuraLock for us in Milton. From the beginning Karla was amazing with our quotations, even showing up on short notice when we needed some changes to our scope, and helping with our colour scheme. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the crew was awesome, polite, and so great with my kids. The resulting job looks great, and when my husband (who used to be in the industry and is very particular) had some items he wanted addressed the customer service was fast and efficient. Tony, the owner of the company, spoke with us personally and assured us that they would stay until we were 100% happy with everything. The manager of the crew, Danny, was personally on site to make sure everything went smoothly and he was so accommodating and pleasant to work with. We were very pleased with the service and workmanship, and will use DuraLock again for any future work.

We hired Duralock for a landscaping project which involved interlock on our front and side walkways, driveway edging, and to repave the asphalt on our driveway. They did a fantastic job on everything, we are very satisfied. Karla was very responsive from the beginning and took the time to ensure we got what we wanted. She even took me to a yard to pick out the proper stone and show a project they had recently done to ensure we knew what the stone colour and their work quality. After we agreed on the project they were able to line up the installation about two weeks after. Paul and his team were able to complete the job from beginning to end in 3 days, exceeding my expectations. The team worked relentlessly in the extreme heat and their work was meticulous. There were some changes/extras during the installation, most of which was included at no extra cost. We would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to the Duralock team!
