high efficiency furnace did not allow for cleaning of individual vents due to nature of hvac system; however provided alternate clean strategy at reduced price that addressed our needs. service technician was awesome.

I bought my house recently, did some renovations and cleaning the ducts was the last step. I decided to call with Dial One because they were very responsive and courteous when I asked them for a quote. Aiman arrived to our appointment on time and reviewed the furnace thoroughly. He realized that there was drywall blocking the equipment and found a quick workaround to do the job properly. My neighbor complained about the noise (early on a saturday morning), and also Aiman was willing to go the extra mile to help us avoid issues. Great first experience with this company, I will recommend them to my friends!!

My son has a severe allergy so I contacted Aiman for duct cleaning service. He came with his brother and they both worked very diligently going back and forth from their truck to our basement. They had all the right equipment and even sanitized it after everything is done. I was very impressed after they showed me of the video of what came out from the our duct area.

I needed to get my ducts cleaned as we did some home renovations. I was referred to Dial one duct cleaning, Aimen was the technician who showed up at the door and was amazing. He was polite, took off his shoes and more importantly explained every little thing he was doing around the house. He cleaned every single vent (included in the $340).
