Delta Air Systems

Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Unlike other companies that tried pressuring me into rental furnaces – or was vague in their offer/charges - Delta Air actually explained their prices and products in detail. That being said, John from Delta Air stayed in touch throughout the whole process and always took the time to answer any questions or concerns I might have had. As for the installation itself, Jason and Andrew were very considerate and professional, while Tammy was incredibly helpful with the warranty/rebates. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thanks again for everything!

We recently hired Delta to replace our furnace and install an air conditioner (at the same time). The technicians were extremely professional and did their work with care. This work happened during COVID and they were very respectful and cautious. They showed up wearing masks (before this was required).
We were a bit nervous of damage to our hardwood floors throughout the house as they had to bring large equipment through the house. But they put down mats and we didn’t find a scratch or dent when they were done.
Communication was excellent throughout the process and the invoice was exactly as it was quoted.
We had an issue after installation (the fan was not working properly). We reported it and a technician came in and resolved the issue promptly at no extra charge. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

This review will be short and to the point. I had a new furnace installed by Delta Air Systems, and the experience was entirely positive.

Delta has done it again!

We reached out to Delta Air Systems to replace our very old and inefficient furnace and AC. The salesperson, Jordan, is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable. She met with us in our home for a free estimate, and carefully walked us through the world of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, HRVs, air purification systems, and more. She was very patient in answering all our questions – and encouraged us to keep asking! She also included an extra reusable air filter (for which she was happy to shop around for us) in the quoted price!

Jordan returned the morning of the installation to check in on things and answer any further questions we had. Scott and Liam worked very efficiently to complete the job in one day – but certainly not at the expense of workmanship. These guys are true professionals. Perhaps the best word to describe it is meticulous. In fact, our utility room has never looked better!

The new system is extremely quiet – a HUGE improvement from what it replaced. We look forward to many years of quiet and efficient comfort!

Had a new Lennox furnace installed along with the iComfort S30 ultra smart thermostat. Also added a new Merv 16 4" filter cabinet to enhance filtration of air. Some ductwork was modified to suit the new furnace, as well as piping of hot water to the humidifier unit.
The installers were friendly, experienced and competent. The whole job when finished was very clean and neatly done.

I was very happy with my experience with Delta, from the call to the office to the completion of the job. I found the staff to be courteous and responsive and communicated with me throughout he purchase and installation process. Easy to recommend. Thanks!

We were looking for a new gas furnace to be installed in our home earlier this month. I was searching the HomeStars website for a reputable heating and air conditioning company, and I found Delta Air Systems. Josh contacted me and he was very through in explaining the installation process and our options.
After I spoke with another company and getting another quote, we decided to go with Delta Air Systems and are very happy with the whole process and how quickly the install was done. The installers, Shawn and Matt, were very professional, polite, and left the area clean. Would highly recommend Delta to anyone looking for a new furnace!

Furnace not coming on at programmed heat and the house was down to 67. Called Delta in midst of a snow/ice storm & thankfully they came same day. It was a flame sensor issue and fixed quickly. I told technician (Ben) that I had a new thermostat which he installed at no charge.
Excellent service and Ben was great at communicating/explaining issue. Will not hesitate to call again.

I was impressed with the Salesman Josh, who explained everything to me in detail. The installers, Dale and Matt, worked diligently together to install the furnace. They were efficient and left everything neat and tidy. After the installation was complete, Dale and Matt explained the setting & use of the new thermostat and the upkeep of the new air cleaning system.
