We needed to disconnect our air conditioning unit temporarily before unrelated construction could begin. A neighbour recommended the excellent work done by City Air Toronto, so we contacted them immediately. Sunny and his team were were flexible with timing, responsive with great communication, and sent a very knowledgeable technician (Sylvio) who did a great job during the disconnect and reconnect of the unit a few weeks later. We will definitely engage them again and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work.

We called them to replace an old water boiler with a smaller on demand hot water tank. Great service from Sonny who did the initial assessment, and (on the day of installation) from Rico and Keenan. They were knowledgeable, pleasant, punctual, informative, and very helpful. For example, they also noticed many other little things (eg a crack in a condensation line, and needing a better seal for exterior gas piping) that they offered to improve free of charge. Would highly recommend.

Our pool heater got broken yesterday, so we called City Air Toronto inc. Specialist came today and fixed our pool heater. I really like how fast they are responding to their clients. I was impressed with professionalism and quality of work that was done.

Great service and they fixed it in a timely fashion during the first hot days of the year. Clean and nice team, they did what the said they would do.

These guys were awesome after installing my furnace this past winter returned to service my a/c and treated me better than expected

Very satisfied. Julian actually came in on his day off to fix our furnace. Very friendly and professional. We’re in the midst of the pandemic so he wore a respirator and gloves. I would recommend this company!

Sylvio came promptly when my furnace was malfunctioning.
The problem was solved very quickly and efficiently thanks to his expertise diagnostics.
He even went to get 2 new filters and came back to install.
