Windows were not installed correctly the first time there was no casings for the basement windows and there was no value for what was paid on the windows and doors.
There was no lay out of what windows were being installed where and no follow up after the sale was done - there were scratches on a window, windows were installed in the wrong places, damage was done, but no credits were given or an apology.
Sales person threatened to have account sent to collections when the contract was not even sent properly.
